“Lucia est très gentille, de bons conseils et pleine de petites attentions. La villa est superbe. Elle est située dans un site enchanteur et calme. Les couchers de soleil sur le toit sont époustouflants.”

“We enjoyed our stay in Villa Cvita. It is located in a quite village, but it is well located for visiting places in the neighborhood, like Zaddar, Pag island and Paklenica national park. The swimmingpool was pleasant with the high temperatures during our stay. The house is spacious and has everything needed.The host was very friendly and even left a box with vegetables and goodies. later on she brought us some eggs from their own chickens. definitely worth a stay.”

“Loved staying at this property and couldn't beat the view which was stunning. Property was better than photos suggested and well equipped. Not the biggest property in the world but as we were renting as a couple only it met all our needs. Hosts were brilliant and kept in touch throughout trip.”

“Wir hatten entspannte 14 Tage. Durch die Häuser und die schöne Steinmauer von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns genießen. In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!”

“Wir waren mit allen rund um sehr zu Frieden. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und sehr aufgeschlossen. Wer viel Ruhe im Urlaub haben möchte ist dies genau das richtig. Im Dorf gibt es eine kleine Kneipe die auch zu empfehlen ist. Wir sind durchaus bestrebt dies wieder zu buchen wenn das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist wegen unserem Hund.”

“Lovely location in the countryside but 30min from Zadar. Nice walks nearby. Tiny shop you can walk to for essentials. Supermarket nearby too. Wonderful pizza from a small local Bar. Great pool. Host extremely helpful. No shutters on this property so if light wakes you up bring a mask. ”

“Beautiful villa, perfect for families. Lovely large pool. Lots of outside areas. Beautiful views. A bit remote so a car is a necessity. Looks like a lot of renovations going on around the area so maybe in a year there maybe a few pubs / restaurants popping up. I would definitely stay again. ”

“As you would expect it for a house designed for large Groups we were a group of 15 young people (20-23). The homeowner greeted us super unfriendly bevause of this and made the whole stay uncomfortable by her toxic behaviour towards us. The house looks nice but is build really cheap and the owner will try to scam the deposit for literally anything. Can not recommend.”

“Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Gelände war sehr sauber und übersichtlich, zudem wurden wir von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Eigentümer empfangen. Er war stets hilfsbereit, ebenso hat er uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben (Touren etc.) Das Obst und Gemüse von ihm war lecker und frisch. Der Pool am Tag und der Whirlpool am Abend waren sehr schön, ebenso ist die Lage vollkommen akzeptabel da man alles in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt...

“Wir waren 10 Tage Ende Juni hier. Sehr schönes, neues und modernes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt. Pool hat ca die Maße 7x7 m und 1,5 tief. Hundefreundlich. Wir haben für den Pool eine Hunde Nottreppe mit, falls er beim Spielen mal reinfällt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Deutsches Satelliten TV. Wir hatten das Sofa mit wasserfesten Decken abgedeckt. Im Garten ist eine Aussendusche, 4 Liegen, genug...

“Unser Aufenthalt war spitze. Am meisten Genossen haben wir die Außenküche, mit Sitzgelegenheit an der wir alle 14 problemlos Platz fanden. Auch der Pool mit seinen ganzen Liegen war echt spitze. Das Haus ist super. Das Haus besteht aus 3 seperaten Wohnungen mit jeweils eigenständigen Küchen und Bädern. Wohnung 1, 1 Schlafzimmer 2P und 1 Schlafcouch 2P. Wohnung 2, 2 Schlafzimmer je 2P und 1 Schlafcouch 2P. Wohnung 3, 3 Schlafzimmer je 2P. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter der sich bei jeglichen...

“Fantastisch huis met heerlijk zwembad. Alles aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Verschillende restaurantjes op loopafstand en ook kleine supermarkt. Visjna was super gastvrouw. Aanrader!”

"Aspetto positivo: buon ristorante della struttura, unico nella zona. Aspetti negativi: camera piccola con 20cm tra letto e scrivania. Più grave la mancanza di sapone nel bagno della camera e l'affermazione della reception che non aveva sapone disponibile! Inaccettabile per un tre stelle non avere sapone in camera."
