“The staff were really friendly, the room was spacious and really clean. The bed was ok, I guess my only criticism would be it could maybe do with a new mattress, you could tell it was quite old and if you rolled near the edge of it there was no support and you pretty much fell out of bed :)
There was a good choice at breakfast every day and a selection of full English items which was nice.

“The place it self was first class nice & clean the breakfast was lovely the family room was ok over all I enjoyed the stay the food for the wedding was lovely very filling & I loved how the rooms with the doors was different plenty of room to dance & the kids to let there hair down we all enjoyed the stay .”

“The Throstles nest is a nice quiet peaceful escape where you can relax and feel safe. The farm is located in beautiful countryside with outstanding views.Margret and her family are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts are excellent and made with good quality local produce. The farm is literally two miles from the centre of Skipton. Hope to return soon!”
“Beautiful old building and neat gardens, staff helpful and attentive even though few of them. Excellent food, veggie available on each menu. Comfortable rooms, nice toiletries, big bath, plenty hot drink makings. Lovely and peaceful.”

“We took a spontaneous trip to Malham Cove for a night away.
This lovely hotel is down a quiet country road 1/2 a mile from the cove and near to several other pubs and cafes.
The building is very old and reached over an old stone bridge or the beck (stream)
Parking is available and the room was nicely furnished with views of the water and a very comfy bed.
The hotel and attached restaurant is completely plant based. I somehow missed this fact when booking but I needn’t have worried.
