“Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. ”

“The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms. The beds with hotel style linens, the amazing kitchen with all the modern conveniences, the balcony off the kitchen was lovely, I could go on and on. One thing that made the stay special for me was the coffee and half and half available for our morning coffee. “Though a tight space, cozy is a fitting descriptor. Five adult sized bodies fit fine. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We had everything we needed, including some pantry basics. It can't be overstated how important an assigned parking spot is in this area! The location is really easy to get to from the airport and to get into Medford/Cambridge/Boston quickly.
