La nostra casa con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova su un acro di proprietà appartata con alberi maturi, giardini fioriti, cassette di ortaggi, un patio in mattoni con pozzo del fuoco, alberi da frutto, grande ponte e una breve passerella che vi invita fino alla spiaggia di bassa marea.
Ti sentirai come un milione di miglia dal nulla, ma in realtà sei 10 minuti ovunque!
Ti invitiamo a goderti l'ospitalità della Nuova Scozia e la ricchezza della Valle di Annapolis dalla nostra bella casa.

The Tide house

We throughly enjoyed our stay It was relaxing and peaceful! The sunrises were incredible! The location allowed us to visit the places we wanted to see without too much travelling! Linda responded in a reasonable amount of time when I had questions Overall it was a great vacation

Lovely location, some things not as described though

This house was in a lovely secluded location, with great access to Wolfville and the Valley. There were some things missing from the listing - the hot tub, toys for the younger kids and a pack and play. Linda arranged for a pack and play to be dropped off along with some toys suitable for our 2 yr old. Some bedding and towels were torn, the dock was no longer accessible; the house is obviously well loved but starting to show its age in places. We notice some areas had not been cleaned when we arrived.

fabulous location but too close to neighbours

The house is well appointed with amazing views. It wasn't very clean but passable. Four of us stayed in the house and we were visiting relatives who live nearby. We had a bbq in the garden with the family and apparently this upset the neighbours. The host told us she left a note telling us no fires but we didn't find it. We had a fire I the firepit the first night as this was within local regulations - our family know the regs. The neighbours complained about this. On the last day we left very early but my son and stepson stayed on to clean the house and leave everything in good order. The host turned all the power off a little before the check out time which wasn't helpful at all. Overall a good place to stay if you are not planning a get together!

Relaxing stay at Lake House

We stayed here with our three kids, 18, 14 and 11. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy plus lots of family space too. Very quiet road but still close to all the amenities that Wolfville and Port Williams have to offer, not to mention wineries, cideries, antique stores and fun adventures to be had. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when we are next in the area.

Tranquility on the Bay of Fundy

Tide House was perfect for our friends gathering with four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open style main space. Comfy beds, oodles of privacy, and access to amazing landscapes/food/wine in Annapolis Valley. Short trips to restaurants and markets in the area, and easy day trips to Lunenburg, Mahone Bay or Halifax (1 hr away). Highly recommend this for 4-8 adults or 2 families with littles. It was great!

We spent a week here in July. The house was extremely clean and it was very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with quality cookware and utensils. We enjoyed seeing eagles fly over the backyard as well as a hummingbird that showed up most evenings. Watching the tide in the Bay of Fundy was most interesting. After a brief, but heavy, shower one afternoon we were happy to see one of the most beautiful rainbows ever! I have a photo of it stretching all the way across the backyard over the Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Bel endroit très tranquille! Parfait pour profiter de la vue sur le bassin et ses impressionnantes marées hautes et basses! La plage devant le chalet n’est pas facilement accessible pour tout le monde…. Pour la baignade c’est préférable d’aller à la plage publique à Kingsport… Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l’aide de Linda lors de notre arrivée en Nouvelle Ecosse

Comfortable and relaxing cottage vacation

We enjoyed staying here. All the comforts of home in a beautifully appointed vacation property located at the new Minas basin where we could watch the tides come and go. Lots of space inside with a beautiful outside patio and lawn as well.

Wonderful Place by the ocean

Great house - my 11-year-old and I had a fantastic time. Very well-equipped kitchen, and the whole place is clean and attractive. A bit of a scramble down to a nice beach. Great bird-watching and tons of space for outdoor activities.

We loved the view, the kitchen was excellent

The only complaint would be we came when it was hot and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up. A second couch or chairs in the tv room would be nice. That being said it was very nice.

Un endroit chaleureux et paisible

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour avec une vue magnifique!! Nous étions deux familles (4 adultes/ 4 adolescents). Les enfants ont occupé le sous-sol qui était très bien aménagé. Nous avons trouvé la maison et les pièces plus grandes qu'elles le paraissent sur les photos, peut-être à cause de la hauteur du plafond cathédrale à l'étage. La maison était aussi très bien équipée. Nous avons trouvé que la maison était propre et confortable! Les planchers, les comptoirs, la literie, les salles de bain... tout était très propre! Par contre, à notre arrivée, le ménage du frigidaire ne semble pas avoir été fait. Un grand ménage serait profitable pour enlever quelques toiles d'araignée au plafond et nettoyer le lustre dans la cuisine par exemple. Il manque aussi un peu d'amour à la cour arrière... (terrasse, coin feu...) Bref, à l'exception de ces quelques remarques, je vous recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation!

Great Stay !!

This seaside cottage has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, starting with a well appointed kitchen and dining area with a big window that looks onto the Bay of Fundy. The decor is a pleasing blend of rustic charm with modern touches. The beds and furniture are comfy. Ww spent many hours watching the tide and sunlight bouncing off the water while relaxing on the private deck. The many nearby wineries offer exceptional dining and viewpoints. If you choose to bbq at home, a gourmet butcher that also offers farm fresh vegetables and home style desserts is just moments away. Anne is an attentive host and lost no time in responding to our questions and concerns. Everyone had a great time.

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Tidenhub

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem gemütlichen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei über 30 Grad haben wir auch die Klimaanlage und den großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank sehr geschätzt. Es war alles da, was man braucht: Duschbad, Haarwäsche, viele kuschelige Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle, Kaffee, Gewürze und vieles mehr! Das Wasser kann man aus dem Hahn trinken und mit den großen Karaffen im Kühlschrank gut kühlen. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem und dank Moskitonetzen an den Fenstern haben wir gut geschlafen. Für ein Lagerfeuer auf dem Grundstück stand Holz zur Verfügung. Wir haben Ebbe und Flut erlebt, Weißkopfseeadler gesehen und die leckeren einheimischen Biere und Weine bei einem grandiosen Sternenhimmel am eigenen Strand genossen! Wir können dieses schöne Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder! Vielen Dank an Anne für die super Ausstattung in ihrem schönen Sommerhaus! Annett und Familie

Quiet, so quiet and the summer breeze...

What a great place to just be. Completely awestruck with the tides. To watch the bald eagles on the tidal flats at dawn from the edge of the property was magical. Cottage had every thing we could want. A lot of care has gone into the details of the cottage both on decor and comfort. We simply loved our stay.

Well equipped and beautiful!

Lovely location and house was very clean and as advertised. Access to the water front was via a ladder so those with mobility issues may not be able to handle. The garden was lovely and the bird song a delight! The house was well stocked with all the basics, much more so than many other places! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location!

We loved our stay at Tide House. The house was clean and welcoming upon our arrival and the grounds are so beautiful. We had such a great time exploring a Nova Scotia, I wish we could've stayed longer than a week.

Tranquil and comfortable

High Tide was perfect for my purposes. The home was in great shape with four comfortable bedrooms. It was a bonus for linens to be included. The home had everything we needed to feel at home including a grill. The area is gorgeous and lupins were in full bloom! Walking the shore at low time was quite spectacular! I enjoyed dinners at nearby restaurants including the Hall's Harbour Lobster Pound and The Noodle Guy in Port Williams. Area vineyards were quite spectacular as well, I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place and location!

Tide house was very comfortable! It was well stocked (including rubber boots)🙂, was close to amenities, had stunning views from the patio, a water front location and central to many interesting attractions. Walking on the on the ocean floor during low tide was a highlight. Highly recommended!!!

Spectacular views!

We had a fabulous holiday in Nova Scotia and the Tide cottage did not disappoint. The view of the Minas basin is spectacular. We can’t wait to come back next year!
