Conveniently located next to the airport, a very helpful and friendly staff, surprisingly tasty food, which was clearly cooked with care and attention because of certain details, very good price. Could be a bit cleaner in some ways, but what is usually expected for a hotel of this price in a city in India. My room had a large window, which was nice, but I looked into another room and it looked a bit better or newer. The refrigerator in the room was good, clean (no mildew smell), and...
“Hotel location is good, staff was ok, breakfast server person was gentile and kind. they have served me team at 6:30 am when i checkout which i appreciate.
There was dust on the furniture, cockroaches in the bathroom, bathroom shower was broken and had leakage, only one towel for 4 nights, bedsheets were smelling, breakfast options were very limited and not worth what they charged for. They did not clean the room for the entire duration i was there.”

“They don’t have a pantry/kitchen. Every single thing comes from there adjacent property. Being it napkins/ tea and takes long time to deliver which makes their service pathetic. They expect their guests to walk into another property to have complimentary breakfast. Breakfast too needs to be improved. No fruits/ juice. Less variety.
