“They gave us access to a room that was already occupied. Imagine my surprise walking into the room and seeing that there were bags and people stuff everywhere! Thankfully there was no one actually inside the room otherwise it would have been even more awkward. I came back downstairs and the front desk was not apologetic at all about the situation. I understand it was a holiday weekend and they were packed, but I did expect better service.”

“The hotel itself was fantastic. Remodeled, good location, nice staff. Unfortunately we had the upstairs neighbors intentionally making all kind of noise all night with no respect for other guests. That was the only negative.”

“The property was clean. The rooms were clean. The staff was good. I felt safe in the building and parking lot. The pool was closed for repairs. The bathroom and the sink area were way too small. Very noisy, the garbage trucks would wake us between 5 and 6 AM every morning.”
