Our stay

I love the view of our condo. I love the spaciousness. I love that they were four bathrooms and we were five people. Beds could be a bit more firm or maybe the mattresses need to be changed. They were extremely soft. The master bathroom mirror light did not work.. Other than that everything was fabulous. I would definitely say that condo again.

The view of the island and the condo were impeccable. Better Wi-Fi, being ready for guests when its time for them to check in, working shower heads with hot water, etc.

This unit was as pictured and even more stunning in person. The large glass panels allowed for great sunrise views of Maho and SXM airport daily. Ideal walk to Mullet Bay Beach was truly a welcomed surprise. We are excited to return to 14 and 19o2 in the near future. The WiFi can be stronger. As well as beach chair and umbrella would be a welcomed addition.

Perfect High Rise in Sint Marteen

The location of Fourteen is perfect. Super close to the airport, beaches, a strip of shopping, food, and bars etc… The unit itself was one of the most modern, well decorated and cleanest units I’ve ever stayed in while traveling. It felt like home as it was decorated nicely and very clean. Toiletries were placed in bathrooms which I thought was a nice touch and the unit came with two beach towels per room. We ended up opting for room service during our stay and it was amazing: our items were nicely rearranged which blew us away (that is something that 5 star hotels like The Ritz will do) and the unit was back to how we originally entered. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the property and area. We even met the owners of the property who spent time to speak with us and they were so sweet. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool area but it was very clean and well kept. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was good but the coffee was the real standout! Lastly, THE VIEW in the unit was breathtaking. The photos don’t do it justice. This was the perfect stay for me and my guests. I think there could be improvement on communication prior to arrival - if guests could receive a call from concierge a couple of days prior to arrival, that could help travelers tie up loose ends. I would have loved to book a taxi or car rental and didn’t add the option on the original booking. I was told to email concierge but would have rather had concierge just contact me directly to set up last minute request. The only other thing that I can think of for improvement is the water pressure and temperature. The water pressure in all three bathrooms were low but that could be due to water supply of the island which you can’t control. There were a couple of times where two showers were being used at the same time and neither of our waters would be hot which wasn’t ideal but we managed. Everything else was fine!
