Questo condominio straordinariamente arredato è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia !. Le foto raccontano la storia: possiamo garantire che non rimarrete delusi !!
Il nostro gioiello sul mare è un'incantevole residenza con una camera da letto e 2 bagni completi, perfetta per coppie romantiche o piccole famiglie. Un divano letto nella zona giorno principale consente al residence di ospitare comodamente 4 visitatori.

I servizi abbondano: recintato con sicurezza locale 24 ore su 24 per garantire la tua sicurezza; Parcheggio sotterraneo custodito per proteggere il veicolo; L'elevatore fino alla residenza assicura che non si trascinino borse lunghe; Cucina spettacolare con armadi in legno, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con lavastoviglie, forno completo e forno a microonde. La cucina è dotata di una gamma completa di utensili da pranzo e cucina: piatti, posate, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e, naturalmente, un frullatore. La camera da letto principale ha un letto super morbido King California - perfetto per i nostri ospiti più alti - con bagno completo. Il residence include lavatrice e asciugatrice, lenzuola e asciugamani, ampio armadio, ventilatori a soffitto, WIFi superveloce e Internet TV.

Il residence è ben arredato e ha un ampio balcone per guardare il tramonto dopo una giornata in spiaggia.
Il residence è situato nel resort Rainbow Beach Club. Rainbow Beach Club, con le sue tre piscine, i fronti sulla spettacolare Cupecoy Beach e presenta un'iconica scala a chiocciola fino a una spiaggia molto privata con la sua grotta poco profonda! La spiaggia mozzafiato di Mullet Bay è a due passi.

Vicino alle attrazioni (alcune attrazioni sono state danneggiate durante il recente uragano e sono in riparazione): Starz Casino, 3 minuti a piedi; 5 ristoranti tutti a meno di 3 minuti a piedi dal cancello principale della proprietà! Il caffè con caffè mattutino e cornetti e dolci appena sfornati è a 3 minuti a piedi; Fare la spesa a soli 3 minuti a piedi! A 5 minuti in auto dalla comunità piena di ristoranti di Maho ea 7 minuti in auto dall'aeroporto Princess Julianna dove probabilmente atterrerai! Il residence è situato sul lato olandese, ma è a soli 3 minuti di auto dal confine francese.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was easy to get to, up the elevator and when you step out there it is. It is located in a gated community, so it was very safe. We did have an issue with the TV, but it was taken care quickly. We tried all three pools and went down to the small beach that you access from the complex. There are some restaurants and two grocery stores a short walk away. The bed is extremely comfortable and large (California King). It is very high to get in and out of. The showers were both nice and there was hot water all the time. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and after dinner. The kitchen is well stocked if you decide to cook while you are there. We went out for dinner and had breakfast and lunch at the condo. This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive and we are very glad we did!. I am not sure the living room would be dark enough for someone to sleep in because of the lights on in the complex and the sun rise.

Terrific Place to Stay

Beautifully maintained unit in a great location on the island with beaches, golfcourse, grocery stores and good restaurants. The place was spotless when we arrived. Nice ocean sunset view.Ted, the host was very responsive to all questions/issues.We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic

We loved our week staying at Ted's place in Cupecoy. The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Ted was responsive when we had questions. The balcony is a great space for relaxing. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs as well.

Beautiful Sint Maarten location & condo!

This condo is wonderful. Walking close to markets, beaches, resturants. Ted. The host, is so informative, clear, and helpful, he takes the work out of the vacation, so you can enjoy it. 2 of the pools overlook the beach/ocean. Parking garage is awesome. Nice spaces. Covered. We will return. Many times, we hope! happens to rain.

A wonderful spot for a relaxed vacation

My husband and I had one of our most relaxed and enjoyable vacations in this lovely spot. Our condo was quiet and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Our host provided us with lots of useful information about restaurants, beaches and other sightseeing opportunities. This was our first visit to this very friendly and picturesque island and we'll be back!

Perfect Anniversary Trip!

Sanctuary

We stayed at TW3 rainbow beach club..every morning we would sit on balcony having our coffee and it was like a bird sanctuary. Views of the water and beautiful rainbows 🌈 after a rainfall. A short walk to the beach and beautiful pools. Did I mention the views at the pools..wow! All in all a great 3 weeks meeting some of the nicest people who live there. The security staff was top notch! We would definitely stay there again.

Rainbow Beach Club

Great stay except that internet tv is frustrating with constant buffering delays. Bed was great and overall unit was quite comfortable and as advertised. Pools were enjoyable and could not beat the location.

Review

Check in process was fine. Location of property is ok. The biggest drawback is the noise coming from work being done on the property and it looks like it will proceed for a while and it’s difficult to use outside balcony because of noise and constant dust. Amenities inside the apartment are fine. Overall experience is good.

One of the best resort we have visited. The owner, Ted, was really helpful and friendly. He provided us with precious recommendations. The condo was clean,richly furnished, well equipped and very comfortable.The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to everything. I will certainly stay here again when I come back to visit the Island, and I highly recommend this outstanding property.

Well located and well furnished

The condo is really well appointed, with everything you could want and more. We found it very comfortable and spacious. The area is great. There are a number of little restaurants. We didn't try them all, but all the ones we did were excellent. It's a 5 minute walk to the grocery store where you will find pretty much all you need. Mullet beach is beautiful. The beach at the bottom of the condo is neat. It's small and the waves are pretty strong. We didn't spend much time there, but quite a few people did. Both pools were very clean and it was usually pretty quiet. We loved the bus system. There is a bus stop just down the road of the condo. Finally, the owners were really helpful in all our inquiries and answered quickly all our questions. All and all, we really liked it.

This place was everything it says it would be. Fully furnished, kitchen well stocked, air conditioned and secure. Walking distance to great beaches and amazing restaurants. The island is alive and rebuilding. We can't wait until our next visit...We definitely give it five stars......Joe and Tauni

Very homey and comfortable. The owners were most responsive to an arrival snafu and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely return again in the future. The people of SXM continue to pursue in spite of the on-going restoration of the island. Great visit!
