“The hotel offers a transfer from airport to hotel and back that don’t even existe, the room smells horrible. The whole experience has terrível. The hotels structure was great, but not for a four stars hotel. ”

“The hotel was extremely clean. The food was excellent with a huge selection at breakfast. The staff were outstanding and we couldn’t have been looked after any better. My only criticism was the lack of utensils and tea/ coffee in the room. There were no teaspoons and only 1 knife and fork. I would recommend the Palmeiras. ”
