It is located in the heart of a beautiful village, 10 min away from Spreewald and the city of Lubbenau. There is forest, bike paths, lakes - all minutes away. The house has 1 bedroom & living room/ 1 bathroom / fully equipped kitchen. It has a large terrace with a wonderful view of the big beautiful garden. Garden and grilling area have shared access.
The space
The house is 70 sq.m. It is located on the larger territory - an old well renovated farmhouse. The hosts of the house live on the same ground in the main house, so they will be mostly available to answer any questions, help with a check-in and check-out.
The house has all the amenities: wifi, fully equipped kitchen, kids things upon request.
5 min away from the house there is a beautiful forest walk/bike. Lakes are 5/15 minutes away.
There is a tramplin for the kids to jump on, a swing, and a larger territory to enjoy.
The house is heated with renewable energy sources.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a large garden territory of the farm, including its grilling area and fireplace.
Since March 2022, our Ukrainian family has lived in the main house, so they will be available to help out, show the area around, as well they can cook breakfast/dinner upon request.
There is also access to a bike workshop upon request.
Other things to note
Upon an extra fee: a breakfast/dinner can be arranged, like a proper B&B experience.
Washing can be arranged for a small fee, too.
