With approximately 96 m² of living space, it features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and room for up to six people. From this 3rd-floor penthouse, you’ll enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea through the large windows and from two rooftop terraces.

The rooftop terraces face two directions, giving you a view of both the beach and the sailing harbor with the Travemünde estuary. The museum ship “Passat” and the ferries passing by offer a fascinating panorama. Equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture, the terraces are the perfect place to soak up the sun and spend a relaxing day outdoors.

The living area features stylish furnishings, including a sofa, armchairs, a hi-fi system, a Blu-ray player, and two flat-screen TVs. The wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings, creating a particularly warm and inviting atmosphere with its gentle glow. The sofa can also be converted into two additional sleeping spots.

All vacation apartments are stylishly and elegantly furnished and feature light-filled living areas with a wood-burning stove or bioethanol fireplace, fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and luxurious bathrooms with a modern bathtub featuring a soothing whirlpool function, a sauna, and a steam room with an integrated double rain shower.
