Location

Welcome to Dünenpark 02a! Your vacation home is located in the idyllic vacation village of Priwall, just about 200 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. Whether you’re sunbathing, swimming, or taking walks by the sea—here you’ll be right in the heart of that vacation feeling.

The House

With approximately 58 m² of living space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and a restful night’s sleep—perfect for families, couples, or a vacation with friends.

A high chair is available for young guests, and a crib can be provided upon request.

Special Highlights

The furnished terrace with a view of the garden is the perfect place to relax. Sun loungers and a parasol make the outdoor area especially cozy, and a barbecue evening together on the charcoal grill creates a real vacation atmosphere.

Another highlight is the private sauna—ideal for relaxing and recharging after a day at the beach.

Basic Amenities

Amenities include Wi-Fi (subject to availability), a washing machine for personal use, a clothes rack, and central heating, so you’ll feel comfortable no matter the season.

Living Area

The open-concept living and dining area features a sofa, an armchair, and a dining table. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV (satellite), radio, and hi-fi system. The wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings.

Kitchen

The kitchen is open to the living area and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals:

Dolce Gusto espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and blender
Dishes, silverware, cookware, and kitchen utensils
Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms available: one with a double bed and a pocket-spring mattress, the other with two single beds. Vinyl flooring creates a friendly, low-maintenance atmosphere. A child safety gate is also provided.

Bathroom

In the bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. You can also conveniently use the washing machine here. A toilet seat riser is available for young guests.

Outdoor Area & Parking

The patio is equipped with patio furniture, a parasol, and lounge chairs. You can securely store bicycles in the designated storage area. A free parking space is available right next to the house.

A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Important information about your booking: Utility costs for gas (€1.50/m³), water (€8.50/m³), and electricity (€0.40/kWh) will be read after your departure and deducted from your security deposit. We will record the meter readings upon arrival and departure. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee. Wi-Fi is available to you free of charge (subject to availability).

Complex:

The Dünenpark vacation village - Village 4 on the Travemünde-Priwall peninsula promises you a relaxing vacation in a quiet location near the Baltic Sea. The fine-sand beach is only about 150 meters away and within easy walking distance.

Families feel just as at home here as dog owners do. The spacious terraces with comfortable seating invite you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. Each vacation home also features a grill for cozy evenings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire complex, and parking spaces are located right next to the house.

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the vacation rental is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 200,- €. The deposit must be paid in advance via bank transfer along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, minus any utility charges, provided there are no complaints or defects (Valid for 2026: Water based on consumption / €8.50 per m³; Gas based on consumption / €1.50 per m³; Electricity based on consumption / €0.40 per kWh).

Dünenpark Dorf 4 Vacation Village on the Travemünde-Priwall Peninsula

In Dorf 4, you’ll find cozy single-family homes, each featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, a bright living and dining area with an open kitchen, and a spacious terrace. The accommodations can sleep up to 4 people. Each house has bike storage, and parking spaces are located directly in front of the accommodation.
