Our bright, air-conditioned apartment with a spacious south-facing terrace is located on the 2.5th floor and is accessed via stairs. You enter the apartment through the light-filled dining room, which is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need; unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. The approximately 12 m² terrace faces south. The newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower is accessible through the kitchen. The spacious living room offers a sweeping view of the greenery. From here, you can access the bedroom, which features a double bed and a crib. It’s a walk-through room leading to the second bedroom, which is primarily equipped for children and features two single beds. Our apartment is like an old lady—charming, well-maintained, and full of history. It’s not a flawless new-construction apartment.
The decor is Scandinavian in style, featuring designer furniture, vintage treasures, and the original hardwood floors. The Old Town is just a few minutes’ walk away, as are the Elbe-Lübeck Canal, the Wakenitz River, a pizzeria, a bakery, the weekly market, a supermarket, and an organic grocery store.
