“The hotel is well located near a big shopping mall and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. But most importantly they texted me when I was on my way to the airport because I had forgotten my wallet in the hotel room 🙏🙏!. I had no idea I had forgotten my wallet with all my important documents and cards. Everything was in my wallet and because of their great service I managed to get my flight on time. “Horrible. Room Smells like thick mold. I asked to replace one towel as it was warn out in a fashion that cannot be offered to any customer. The guy told me "this is an extra towel and can be charged"...seriously. I took that as a joke. A not fun one tho. Karaoke from the rooftop was clear loud in the room.
