“They did not tell me that the roads were up around the village and it was impossible to get to the place . This was a DDay night before stay so it was emotionally important couldn’t if get them by phone . Went to tourist info and they told me it was impossible after 2 hours of trying . Luckily I managed to get a cancellation in Caen as all hotels were sold out , if we hadn’t we would have had to sleep in our car . Awful ”
