“Friendly stuff ”

“Checked in at 9:30pm with a very nice, polite reception clerk. Went to room and discovered the inn as being completely run down. Though an obvious effort had been made to clean, there was a musty smell, loud rambling ac unit and we could hear everything from the family in the adjacent room. Bathroom was in poor shape.
