The service from Mike and Cassandra went way above and beyond what people would expect more like a personal concierge the room was exceptional, clean neat and tidy. This is a little gem of a place in an otherwise sea of customer service people have forgotten.”

“Well lit parking area. The room was nicely decorated for the price point and was very clean. Good water pressure! Minor complaint: towels were thin and worn so you might want to bring your own.”

“This is always our fav spot to stay at. The hotel is great, staff awesome. It is in the perfect location for everything you do and in walking distance to downtown Burbank and the malls. You'll always need to rent a car when in and around LA/Burbank but the best spot. If you need a place to book do it. They serve a good breakfast and you are also close to the best breakfast place anywhere in Charlie and Friends. Book you stay at the Residence Inn, you'll enjoy it. ”

“I stay here due to the proximity to The Orpheum Theatre. The area is still up and coming and may not be for everyone but I’ve never had an issue and it’s only been getting better every time I come since so many new restaurants are opening up on the block. This was my first time staying in the room with the full kitchen and 2 king beds and I really enjoyed the space for me and my family This will definitely be the room I book from now on.”
