  • Casa Arias è un accogliente appartamento situato nel cuore di Lucca, perfetto per una vacanza all'insegna del comfort e della tranquillità. Questo spazio moderno e arredato con gusto può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone, rendendolo ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici.



    L'appartamento si sviluppa su 90 metri quadrati e offre due camere da letto: una matrimoniale e due singole, garantendo un riposo confortevole per tutti gli ospiti. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni, tra cui aria condizionata e riscaldamento centrale per assicurare un soggiorno piacevole in ogni stagione.



    La cucina all'americana è completamente attrezzata e include elettrodomestici di ultima generazione come frigorifero, congelatore, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno, macchina del caffè e una serie di utensili da cucina. Perfetta per chi ama cucinare o preparare pasti veloci durante le vacanze.



    La posizione è strategica: a soli 200 metri dalla stazione centrale e dal terminal degli autobus, permette di muoversi facilmente in città. Nei dintorni troverai numerosi ristoranti, caffetterie e negozi a breve distanza. La vicinanza al centro storico di Lucca consente di esplorare agevolmente questa splendida città toscana.



    Per gli amanti delle escursioni, la casa è un punto di partenza ideale. Il fiume Serchio dista solo 1,5 km, mentre spiagge, laghi termali e attrazioni come il Parco di Pinocchio sono raggiungibili in breve tempo. Gli aeroporti di Pisa e Firenze sono facilmente accessibili, rendendo questo appartamento un'ottima base per esplorare la Toscana.



    Da notare che l'appartamento non è adatto ad animali e non è consentito fumare all'interno. È invece ideale per gruppi di giovani e famiglie che cercano un soggiorno confortevole e ben collegato nel cuore della splendida Lucca.

Il posto era davvero meraviglioso! Ha superato ogni mia aspettativa! La ragazza che ci ha aiutati con check in e prenotazioni è sempre stata super disponibile e gentilissima! Non una cosa scontata considerando che abbiamo alloggiato nel periodo più caotico dell’anno, ovvero il Lucca Comics! Davvero perfetta la posizione per l’evento!

Beautiful accommodations and great, safe location

I enjoyed the nice furnishings and really liked the location. The noise level - patrons talking outside is very loud as well as the trash pick up at dawn and delivery trucks etc.

The host was wonderful and very informative. It was clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have to buy wine glasses and ice cube trays. We couldn't figure out the dryer portion of the washer and dryer, but we hung our clothes on the rack. You do hear noise from the street below. There were some nights that it was until 2 and 3 in the morning. The complaints are really minor compared to the value and convenience of the apartment. We really enjoyed the location, the piazza was great. The "nine" restaurant was always a great place to sit, have a drink and a pizza and people watch!

Highly Recommend

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the excellent location at piazza Cittadella adjacent to Puccini’s home, and the amenities provided. Air conditioning during the hot and humid night allowed us to sleep peacefully. We highly recommend this flat.

Lovely Lucca

Brilliant property. Hosts were excellent, very professional and this made us very confident straight from the initial booking. Beautiful apartment. Quite a few stairs so tricky if you are not mobile. Location was excellent. In the midst of the town without being overly noisy. Lots of musical performances just outside which we loved.wed love to return.

Fact finding mission in Lucca

1 week in Lucca at Casa Arias. The location was excellent. The property management staff were. very helpful in a timely manor. Could not get the dryer to work because I did not understand the symbols on the machine. There was morning noise from the restaurants on the street in the early morning. Otherwise and very lovely and comfortable apartment.

Beautiful apartment within Lucca city walls

This apartment was the perfect base for exploring & enjoying Lucca. In an old medieval building, the apartment is recently and tastefully renovated and is attractively furnished, spotless, comfortable (including the beds), bright and well stocked. The location is perfect - on Piazza Cittadella which is a lovely little square, just a few steps from the beautiful Piazza San Michele & a stone’s throw from almost everywhere else in Lucca. There’s a little bit of noise from the piazza in the evenings but that’s to be expected in such a central location & it didn’t bother me & stopped relatively early. I really enjoyed my stay in Casa Arias & would definitely stay again.

Classy apt. In heart of Lucca

Beautifully spacious updated unit, great for a couple. Unit is in great location and convenient to paid parking. Kitchen is well supplied. Unit was represented as having a/c, but only bedrooms have, it was not an issue during our stay, but could be in hot weather. Lots of storage, comfortable bed. To summarize it afforded the fantasy of having your place in beautiful Lucca.

Beautiful Apartment in the Perfect Location

Arias apartment was fabulous! Our 2 week stay in Lucca was made so great by being in an area near 2 grocery stores, multiple restaurants, the antique market, and beautiful churches. Parked in the Cittidella lot: got a month pass card that made the cost much less (💶50 for a month) Arias kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The bed was comfortable, large closet, nice small bathroom. The decor was so lovely! There is a flight of fairly steep stairs to the apartment door and a few short stairs inside the apartment, but we got in shape quickly with the challenge. The location was awesome! Piazza Cittadella has it all: 4 restaurants, a gelato shop, a statue, and a museum…Chiesa di San Michele was right around the corner. Lucca is a beautiful city; we loved our stay and this beautiful apartment.

Could not have been more perfect

We recently stayed in this apartment as a party of four with two young children. It’s in the perfect location, the central part of town and easily walkable to a great variety of shops, museums restaurants, and landmarks. Our host Cristina was incredibly responsive. Our check-in was easy and she walked us through everything so we could immediately settle into the apartment. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. We truly felt like we lived there. The only criticism that I have to say is you could definitely hear people out on the street talking walking by. The bedroom with two twin beds was very well protected from the sound but the master bedroom was pretty loud especially on a Friday night. That’s part of the charm of being in the middle of town on the main road, but maybe bring some earplugs or headphones if you’re a light sleeper. We will definitely be back!

The hosting service was very responsive and helpful when we had questions/issues. The apartment is in a great location close to everything. The apartment is lovely and the beds very comfortable. However, as stated in other reviews the noise outside our master bedroom was extremely loud and went on until late at night and then started very early in the morning (think 5:30 a.m. garbage, 6-7 a.m. delivery trucks, 7:30 the school children pass by very noisily). The apartment advertised a washer and dryer, but the dryer function did not work (there is a drying rack which worked fine for our needs). Also there was the faint smell of rotten eggs in the bathroom all the time (sulfur in the water??) This smell was not present in the kitchen area. One other final note. They advertise that the apartment is on the first floor (second floor by American standards), but you go up to what amounts to 2 sets of stairs to get the door and the apartment is split level, so when you walk in you must go up or down 3-4 stairs. Not a big deal for some folks but for others it might be an issue. I would also suggest that they update their "Welcome booklet" with specific instructions on where to find the garbage bins and also how to use the washer/dryer.

We absolutely fell in love with the location

Sidrak’s gorgeous home was such a lovely spot to spend the Christmas holiday. We absolutely fell in love with the location within the walls of Lucca. The master bedroom was spacious & comfortable, our girls loved the twin bedroom and we enjoyed many family meals in the combined kitchen/dining areas. As mentioned by previous guests, there is some noise from street sweepers and happy shoppers, but for our family, it was a small trade off for the best location. Easy access to the town’s beautiful musical, religious and artistic history, as well as delicious restaurants & adorable shops. Incredibly helpful guidebook provided, as well as informative and easy checkin process. Highly recommend!

This apartment was absolutely perfect.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Well appointed and in a great location. Some people commented about the street noise but it didn’t disturb us at all. Actually it was wonderful hearing all the joy coming from the streets below and it settled down very early. Manuel was extremely attentive and immediately responsive when we needed guidance. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Gorgeous apartment

This gorgeous apartment is located on the square where you’ll find the statue of Puccini, his house and museum. There are many restaurants, wine bars and gelato shops nearby and a supermarket downstairs. There was expected noise from the street at night but it wasn’t too much of a problem most nights. There are some stairs to climb to reach the apartment but once inside it is an oasis from the busyness of the town. There are two spacious bedrooms, a large living / dining room with a well appointed kitchen that includes a microwave, kettle and toaster and large fridge. There is a washing machine too. Navigating the rubbish disposal is not difficult and there are well labeled bins half a block away near the carrefours supermarket. Hiring a bike is highly recommended as it’s a great way to circumnavigate the town on the city wall path. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
