Appartamento tipo mansarda molto grazioso, luminoso, spazioso, con piacevoli affacci sulla storica "Villa Bottini", il cui giardino farà da cornice ad ogni vostro risveglio. Dotato di tutti i confort necessari a rendere il vostro soggiorno piacevole. La posizione permette la visita delle mura storiche e delle principali attrazioni di Lucca tutte raggiungibili con pochi minuti di camminata nei vicoli della città.
E' stato da poco ristrutturato e arredato a nuovo (mq. 80 circa)si trova al 3° e ultimo piano raggiungibile salendo una comoda scala di 3 rampe intervallata da pianerottoli (senza ascensore) e può ospitare fino a 4 persone che vogliono trascorrere una bellissima e romantica vacanza a Lucca o anche per chi si deve fermare per lavoro.
L'alloggio è composto da:
- ampio ingresso/soggiorno con divani, TV Lcd Smart e aria condizionata.
- cucina ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici e utensili ( lavastoviglie, frigo/freezer, forno elettrico, forno a micro onde piano cottura, tostapane, bollitore, Moka per caffe, piatti, calici da vino, pentole) .Se doveste decidere di cenare a casa avrete tutto l'occorrente per prepararvi ciò che più vi piace.

Nelle vicinanze
Situato nel cuore di Lucca tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi potrete esplorare gli ottimi ristoranti, pizzerie, minimarket, Bar che si trovano a soli 30 metri, potrete fare la prima colazione in uno dei bar e pasticcerie locali a 50 metri.
Muoversi
Si trova in zona facilmente raggiungibile, faccio presente che potete con l'auto entrare in città ed arrivare fino al portone di casa per scarico e carico valigie. Troverete parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze a m 30 mt. a pagamento o a 150 mt. coperto a pagamento e nelle fasce notturne (dalle 20 alle 8) è possibile parcheggiare gratuitamente o gratis fuori le mura a dieci minuti a piedi.
La stazione ferroviaria e quella della fermata dei Bus dista circa 10/15 minuti a piedi è un ottimo punto di appoggio per escursioni in zona. In circa 30 minuti in treno o in auto è possibile raggiungere la Versilia (il mare con le citta di Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta ecc.) la citta storica di Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli e Torre Pendente). Oppure in poco più di un'ora di treno si può arrivare direttamente nel centro di Firenze città conosciuta in tutto il mondo.

- Riscaldamento è a consumo da ottobre-aprile previa lettura del contatore al vostro arrivo e alla partenza ( da pagare al check-out).
- Per usufruire dell'aria condizionata è prevista la spesa di euro 9 a giorno da pagare al check-in.
In accordo con le leggi statali e regionali, al momento del check-in vi chiederemo:
- di firmare un contratto di locazione per finalità turistica IN LINGUA ITALIANA (di cui vi lasceremo copia cartacea ed eventuale traduzione in inglese);
- un documento di identità per la registrazione al Servizio Alloggiati della Polizia di Stato.

Very nice, bright, spacious attic apartment, with pleasant views of the historic "Villa Bottini", whose garden will be the backdrop to your every awakening. Equipped with all the comforts necessary to make your stay pleasant. The location allows you to visit the historic walls and the main attractions of Lucca, all reachable with a few minutes' walk in the alleys of the city.
It has recently been renovated and newly furnished (approximately 80 square meters) and is located on the 3rd and last floor reachable by climbing a comfortable staircase of 3 flights interspersed with landings (without a lift) and can accommodate up to 4 people who want to spend a beautiful and romantic holiday in Lucca or even for those who have to stop for work.
The accommodation consists of:

Located in the heart of Lucca everything is easily reachable on foot you can explore the excellent restaurants, pizzerias, minimarkets, Bars that are just 30 meters away, you can have breakfast in one of the local bars and pastry shops 50 meters away.
Getting around
It is located in an easily reachable area, I would like to point out that you can enter the city by car and reach the front door to unload and load suitcases. You will find public parking nearby at 30 meters for a fee or at 150 meters for a fee and during the night (from 8 pm to 8 am) it is possible to park for free or free outside the walls a ten minute walk away.
The train station and the bus stop are about 10/15 minutes away on foot and are an excellent base for excursions in the area. House rules
I kindly ask guests to treat the apartment with respect and to participate in separate waste collection.
- Heating on consumption from October to April after reading the meter upon your arrival and departure.
- To use the air conditioning, there is a charge of 9 euros per day to be paid at check-in.
In accordance with state and regional laws, at check-in we will ask you:
- to sign a rental contract for tourist purposes IN ITALIAN (of which we will leave you a paper copy and any translation into English);
- an identity document for registration at the State Police Guest Service.
At check-in you will be asked to pay in cash the tourist tax (3.5 euros per day per person) up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights, children under 14 years of age are exempt.
