The house is located 2.5 km from the walls of Lucca and 15 km from Pisa, both reachable by frequent bus connections. The property is an excellent starting point to reach, in just 20 minutes by car, Versilia, the coast that goes from Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi. The nearby Apuan Alps, with the renowned Garfagnana, can be reached in 40 minutes by car.

On request, it is possible to organize both transfers to and from the airports and train stations, and to reach Lucca and the places you want to visit during your stay, including Florence, Pisa, the Chianti areas and the nearby Cinque Terre, La Spezia and Portofino. Upon request, during your stay, it is possible to organize the preparation of lunches and dinners with well-known chefs and a daily cleanig service.

Sono presenti 4 camere e 3 bagni completi. È presente un lettimo per bambini e un lettino per neonati. La zona giorno è ampia e luminosa. La cucina è dotata anche di isola su cui 4 o più persone possono facilmente trovare posto per consumare i pasti mentre vengono cucinati. La veranda, che dà sul giardino, offre spazi e forniture adeguate per trascorrere pranzi e cene in compagnia. Ottima insonorizzazione. Infissi a triplo vetro e porte interne insonorizzate. Aria condizionata.

Il paesaggio circostante è quello delle colline toscane, che ospita il vicino Convento di San Cerbone, raggiungibile sia in auto, sia mediante i tanti sentieri che collegano le colline e i monti circostanti.

La casa è situata a 2,5 km dalle mura di Lucca e a 15 km da Pisa, entrambe raggiungibili con collegamenti bus frequenti. La struttura è un ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere, in soli 20 minuti d'auto, la Versilia, ossia la costa che va da Viareggio a Forte dei marmi.
Le vicine Alpi Apuane, con la rinomata Garfagnana, sono invece raggiungibili in 40 minuti di auto.

A richiesta, è possibile organizzare spostamenti sia da e per gli aeroporti e le stazioni dei treni, sia per raggiungere Lucca e le località che si vogliano visitare durante il soggiorno, tra le quali ricordiamo Firenze, Pisa, le zone del Chianti e le vicine Cinque Terre, col porto di La Spezia e Portofino. A richiesta, durante il soggiorno, è possibile organizzare la preparazione di pranzi e cene con cuochi conosciuti e il servizio di pulizia e sistemazione degli interni.
