  • casa di TOTO is typical restored farmhouse of 1700century full immersed in our private farm in one of most exclusive Lucca countryside area:house is big 240 mq has 5 bedrooms(2 kingsize+3 with two single beds each) 3 bathroom with shower,full equipped kitchen with fireplace ,big livingroom with 2 sofa ,each kingsize bedroom have one babybed each.house is really comfortable for 10 persons -bedroom on 2°floor have air conditioning system ..house has outside "al fresco pergola" with table and bbq to have fantastic breakfast lunch dinner under grape "pergola" ,garden and big terrace both with gorgeous landscape on lucca city and country valley ,all area outside is only for your use, real exclusive private INFINITY EDGE swimmingpool 10x4 metres big and 1,45 metres deep+part of 2,5x2,5 metres with 40cm of deep water is only for your use, salt water cleaning system and automatic ph level control ,pool is 50 metres far from house,located in the middle of gorgeous 300 years old olivegrove with amazing landscape on countryside and lucca city(see photos)- to get house you have to drive our typical little private countryStreet(with lot of cypress trees) long 1,200metres with 4 hairpin bends(i advise guest to use cars to reach house,some vans may have proble while drive hairpin bend)- lucca is very quiet small city preserved old medioeval flavour, is far from the house about 7 km and is good strategic point to discovery tuscany. if you are looking for quite place, original farmhouse, fantastic landscape , safe covidfree area exclusive swimminpool use,but connected 24 hours by wifi internet connection Casa di Toto is the right choice, please read one of the 99 feedback that all guests from all the world give to my house-price you see is include :water electricity gas and final cleaning service,wifi internet connection,swimmingpool use--

Il nostro capodanno

Partirei con il fare i complimenti a Toto per la sua disponibilità e cortesia . Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa struttura, casa molto accogliente e pulita. Unico appunto, se soggiornate tanto tempo, i materassi non sono troppo comodi. Consigliamo comunque vivamente questa struttura!

The house was perfect for our family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed the rustic nature of the house - so roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen hosted many meals. The swimming pool was sublime. We loved Toto and his dad and sister. The horse and donkey were an added bonus for the kids to see.

Toskana- feeling pur

Casa di Toto liegt oben am Berg, das über Serpentinen zu erreichen ist. Man ist dort fast alleine, nur Toto wohnt mit seiner Familie nebenan. Das Haus ist groß und liegt ideal, um Ausflüge in jegliche Richtungen zu unternehmen. Danach ist der eigene Pool ideal, um sich abzukühlen und den tollen Ausblick zu genießen.

Das alte Bauernhaus am Hang mitten in Olivenbäumen hat viel Charme. Der Blick von dem gepflegten Garten mit seinen schattigen Plätzen ist wunderschön. Erholung pur

Ein Ort zum Erholen und Ruhe tanken. Der großzügige Pool war immer wieder Treffpunkt der ganzen Familie, ein Mega Ausblick zu jeder Tageszeit! Das großzügige Haus mit der gesamten Anlage bietet alles für einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist eine kleine herausfordernd am Anfang aber machbar und mit jeder Fahrt wird es besser. Toto, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Man merkt, dass er sich mit viel Liebe um alles kümmert. Es war eine unvergessliche Zeit, Danke!.

Maison de charme dans les collines, calme absolu. Superbe piscine privative en pleine nature avec une vue magnifique. Situation : A une dizaine de minutes de la ville de Lucques. Fantastisch verblijf

We waren met twee gezinnen in dit fantastische huis. Mooi gelegen boven op de berg met schitterend uitzicht over Lucca. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en Toto is zeer behulpzaam en als er een vraag is reageert hij snel. Je kan heerlijk buiten eten op het terras onder de pergola en ‘s avonds lekker bbq’en. Wij hebben enorm genoten. De weg naar de locatie toe is een ervaring op zich maar zeker goed te doen. Dichtbij Lucca en in de buurt zijn heerlijke restaurants. Een echte aanrader. Toto nogmaals bedankt voor alles!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wir verbrachten mit zwei Familien mit fünf Kindern 10 traumhafte Tage in der Toskana. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich aber für uns mit Minivan gut machbar, die Lage entschädigt für jede Mühe. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche groß und vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt, der Blick ins Tal von der Terrasse und vom Pool ein Traum. Toto und seine Frau waren großzügige Gastgeber und jederzeit unkompliziert zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Rustic Charm at its best

We were a family of 8 (five adults and three children aged 7, 5 and 2) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Di Toto. It’s a lovely old farmhouse, set amongst stunning scenery. We felt really relaxed throughout our stay...even though Toto and his family live next door. Toto gives you absolute privacy and is very nice and friendly. We made good use of the pool, BBQ and terrace. We particularly liked the little walk to the swimming pool and the views from it. It’s only a ten minute drive to beautiful Lucca and 25 minutes drive to the coast too. Everything was perfect!

Toto is a great host! Everything that could possibly be needed is available, if something is missing, he solves it immediately. Toto has great knowledge of the area, so ask him for tips. Having your own car is a must. In the beginning, you were a little worried about the way up to the house, but you learned it quickly. There were 8 of us living in the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for a fantastic week in Lucca 😍

Wunderbar!

Wir waren mit der Großfamilie in Totos Haus, 7 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 2 Hunde. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ausgestattet, die Aussicht ist grandios und der Pool der absolute Hit. Man wohnt in einer grünen Oase, auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen, alles sehr geschmackvoll bepflanzt und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Toto lief perfekt. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, noch einmal wiederzukommen..... Ciao, alla prossima volta😊

Beautiful

We are a group of 4 children (aged 1 -10) and 5 adults. We all loved our stay, and were very comfortable. The house was very clean and well equipped and there was plenty of space for us all. Casa di Toto is a charming old farmhouse on a hill. The house is semi-detached, with Toto living next door, however, it always felt like we were in a private area and not overlooked. The highlight was the beautiful gardens and view from them. There were several pleasant areas for the adults to sit and relax, a lawn for the kids to run about on and a tree house to play in. At night, the garden was full of fireflies which were magical to watch. Everybody loved the infinity pool, it was truly special to swim with the amazing view of the hills. It was big and deep enough for us all to enjoy a swim and a splash and there is a smaller, shallower pool attached to the back of the main pool which was great for the younger kids to have a paddle in. The pool was kept clean and well maintained.The drive to and from the main road is steep and windy but you get used to it. Once on the main road, Lucca is a short drive. We were also able to get to the beach, Pisa, Florence and the hillside villages of Bagni di Lucca within a reasonable drive. Toto is an excellent host, he was friendly and welcoming and on hand if needed. He provided us with interesting information about the house as well as well as tips on the local area. I would love to visit Casa di Toto again and would recommend it to anyone.

Tolles Haus, Pool mit toller Aussicht

Dieses Haus an einem Hügel in der Nähe von Lucca ist ein Traum! Wir (Gruppe von 8 Freunden) haben den Garten, den Pool mit der tollen Aussicht und die Umgebung sehr genossen! In der grossen Küche haben wir selber Pasta gekocht und Brot gebacken. Kräuter fanden wir im Umschwung um das Haus. In Lucca ist man schnell, vor allem mit dem Auto. Wir waren jeweils auch ohne unterwegs und wurden dafür beim Hinauflaufen im Dunkeln mit einem Anblick von schwirrenden Glühwürmchen belohnt. Wirklich ein wundervolles Stücken Erde. Der Gastgeber Toto war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich gut um uns Gäste gekümmert und war bei Problemen telefonisch erreichbar. Danke nochmals für die super Gastfreundschaft. Dies ist wichtig zu wissen (keine Kritik): - Geschlafen haben wir auch alle gut (gute Matratzen und gute Verteilung der Räume) Die Läden lassen sich nicht lichtdicht schliessen. - Das WLAN war nicht so stabil und auch nicht im ganzen Haus erreichbar. Diest hat einige gestört und mich persönlich nicht wirklich, weil ich in den Ferien auf Internet verzichten kann. - Mit einem min. einem Auto dort zu sein ist sehr ratsam. Wir waren auch oft ohne unterwegs, jedoch ist man dann sehr auf Taxis angewiesen. Der Bus fährt fast nie.

Einfach fantastisch - Toskanaurlaub wie im Bilderbuch

Totos Haus in Lucca ist einfach fantastisch! Wir haben mit unseren Kindern deren Freunden und Enkeln einen traumhafte Urlaub dort verbracht. Das Haus ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern, alles war Tiptop sauber und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünshe offen. Alle Räume sind besonders liebevoll und künstlerisch eingerichtet. Alle fünf Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine wohnliche, große Küche. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein wunderbarer Essplatz, es gibt aber auch noch eine tolle Loggia mit Liegestühlen in dem besonders schönen Garten. Ein knapp 100m kurzer Spazierweg führt durch den Olivenhain zum eigenen großen Infinity-Pool, der jeden Morgen von Toto gereinigt wurde! Und alles mit einer traumhaften Aussicht über das ganze Tal, Lucca und die Berge. Die Buchung und das Check-in liefen völlig reibungslos ab, die Kommunikation mit Toto, der super zuvorkommend war ging absolut schnell. Man fühlt sich wie zu Besuch bei sehr guten Freunden, Toto sorgt unkompliziert und großzügig immer dafür, dass man sich zuhause fühlt. Da das Haus am Berg in einem Olivenhain liegt, ist die Auffahrt natürlich steil und schmal, lässt sich aber mit einem Minivan wie VW-Bus leicht bewältigen. Aber: Bis zur Hauptstrasse läuft man ca 15min und dort ist direkt eine Bushaltestelle, der Bus fährt pünktlich und im 30min. Takt direkt nach Lucca, so dass man Ausflüge umweltfreundlich unternehmen kann. Unbedingt empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR QUIET PLACE TO HAVE HOLIDAY AND WE FOUND A PARADISE CORNER- OLD ORIGINAL FARMHOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF LUCCA TUSCANY COUNTRYSIDE- EVERY DETAILS IS PERFECT-HOUSE REALLY CLEAN- WELL FURNISHED AND REAL PRIVATE SWIMMINGPOOL ONLY FOR US-ALL IS SURROUNDED BY SPECTACULAR LANDSCAPE, WINEYARD OLIVEGROVE COUNTRY VALLEY LUCCA CITY- VERY LOVELY AND HELPFUL OWNERS- IN ONE WEEK WE HAD :TAKEN THE SUN, SLEEPED,PLAIED CARDS,SUNG,EATEN , COOKED,SWAM IN THE POOL,GRILLED EVERYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HAVE GREAT HOLIDAY- ONLY ONE THING WAS BAD: ONE WEEK IS NOT ENOUGH!!!!!!! casa di toto Il est un endroit magnifique.la vue,la calme,la piscine ,tout est vraiment relaxant.la maison est très spacieuse,chambres bien aménagées,La cuisine bien équipée avec tout pour la cuisine.Le jardin est grand et bien entretenu.la pergola juste à l'extérieur de la maison est très agréable avec une grande table à manger à l'extérieur , mais à l'ombre du soleil.la piscine est au milieu d'une belle oliveraie.toto des informations très intéressantes sur la place ( ce qu'il faut voir , où manger , etc. )toto vit avec sa belle famille de l'autre côté de la maison,mais leur présence ne se sent jamais et comment l' annonce dit la vie privée et la détente sont vraiment garantis.les enfants peuvent jouer librement dans le pays sans danger----recommander cette belle maison à tous ceux qui cherchent le repos tranquille est le vrai goût d'une ancienne maison de pays authentique-ciao toto ci rivedremo- casa di toto is a place magnifique.la view , the quiet, the pool, everything is really relaxant.la house is very spacious , well appointed rooms, well-equipped kitchen with everything for the kitchen.The garden is large and well maintained .the pergola just outside the house is very nice with a large dining table outside , but in the shadow of soleil.la pool is in the middle of a beautiful oliveraie.toto very interesting information on instead ( what to see , where to eat , etc.) toto lives with his beautiful family on the other side of the house , but their presence never feels and how the ad says privacy and relaxation really garantis.les children can play freely in the safe country ---- recommend this beautiful home to anyone seeking quiet rest is the real taste of an old house of authentic country
