“We went here due to an event we had. Staff was super helpful. Breakfast was basic but clean. The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing at trying to get everything as quickly as possible. Enough parking as well. Rooms were clean except there was a stain on one of the sheets from the pull out couch. Other than that it was great!”

“Nice stay for the price. Not great but nice. Breakfast is ok- good, very standard. Pool wasn't working which was a bummer. The next door hotel was kind enough to let us use the pool but it was very small and cold. Front desk guy was amazing!”

“The room was in the lowest level. Smelled musty and old. Carpet was filthy, behind toilet was gross! We have stayed at Crown Plaza many times and have always thought it was good. This was a big change. Yuk!!”

The front door was jammed, had to slam up against it to get it to open. The sliding glass door facing the pool was broken. When trying to open it, it came off the tracks. “It's a beautiful building but we definitely wouldn't stay there again. We've stayed in many different hotels around the country, some more expensive, some greatly less. We've found that the we get More perks at the lesser expensive places. This place charges awfully high prices for the breakfast, for example if you get toast, cereal and Danish it's $12, if you want to add a hot item it's $18 , if you want to add an omelette it's $23 and a beverage is $5 more!! “We had a nice clean room, although the bathroom walls & door needs to be updated”

“My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”
