“Limpio amable buen estacionamiento ”

“Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained....

“Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, room in great condition and clean, our bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is pet friendly. We always stay here when we visit Greeley, CO. The only thing that could be improved upon is having a nice setting area outside.”
