Great trails from the property. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Great game room & lobby. Only thing was the staff member that checked us in was not very welcoming or helpful & never smiled. It might have been just her. The staff member that checked us out was very nice & pleasant & smiled. ”

The Lodge is beautiful with many rooms to enjoy - a grand gathering room, library, game room, theater,and small nooks to sit, read, or visit. I really appreciated the real coffee and real coffee pot in room, especially when local businesses can keep limited hours at times. Will be back when in the area, thanks! It's a longer walk to downtown Winthrop, but there is a trail after you walk down the road. Driving is only minutes. Comfortable, clean.”

“My dog and I were actually the only ones staying in the cabins during this time, so it was like our own private resort! The studio we stayed in was cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything I needed to help me make or reheat meals, make coffee and tea, etc. The only bummer was that the snow didn't last in the valley, so the ski trail that does (literally) run just outside the cabin was not skiable (none of the lower valley trails were).
