“The countryside on the way from the picturesque medieval town of Sinalunga, was spectacular and the surrounding countryside and villages were the prettiest we’ve ever seen. The housekeeper, Daniella, took care of all our needs on site and got us the house olive oil and wine when we requested to buy them. She was an absolute sweetheart with a warm heart and a smile as bright as the Tuscan sunrise.”

“I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return....

Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. “The countryside setting is picture perfect. The road to the house is dirt, rough in places and windy so take your time because it’s definitely worth the drive. The views along the drive are breathtaking.
