“The hot tub jets were not working due to the knob missing from the timer. I was told it goes missing often and they have issues keeping it on the timer. I'm sad for the hotel that people are just rude and feel the need to destroy things.”

“This is a charming little motel turned into something a little more modern. Imagine a 1960's motel with updated decor, including lighting, bedding, and amenities. Add to that the delicious hot breakfast, the adult-only atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff and you've got yourself a great, quiet getaway. Be aware that the only thing the owners couldn't change were the size and decor of the bathrooms and the musty smell in the room. We wish we would have brought our portable diffuser. It...

“Stayed two nights and we loved the location. Everything very clean and neat. Staff super friendly. We booked the economy room for the two of us. Very small. If you are a bigger person you won't like the bathroom. It is very small. If we go back to ludington, I will stay here again, but definitely book a different room. We just like a bit more space in our rooms.”

“Dead bugs and cobwebs all over the room, feels and smells damp. Didn't feel safe at all as 2 young women. The one lock on the door offers zero real security. There's gaps all around the doors. I Paid almost $400 for two nights but only stayed for one hour. I asked for a partial refund on my way out and the manager said I would have to contact Expedia (which sounded like BS since I didn't pay through Expedia). Expedia contacted them to ask for a refund and then the manager denied it.”
