“Trash in trash cans upon arrival (small amount) Communication: due to the version my phone I can’t download the app and stated this every time. Had to ask multiple times for the code to get in. It’s an okay place to stay.”

“Communication with the host was excellent. My check in emails were going into my spam folder, so I didn’t think I was receiving any communications. I contacted the host about access and received quick responses. The apartment is really nice, furnished great and has a super comfy bed. The steep stairs walking up and down from the apartment are a little scary so be sure to grab the hand rail. Location is really good and you have a pretty water view. New appliances and dishes-silverware add to this...

“We arrived at this location and found an infestation of Spider Webs on both porches we walk up to. I had to knock down 2 large webs to get into apartment .Once inside, had to walk up a long flight of stairs and enter apartment that was extremely hot with no air conditioning on. The one bed was full of dead bugs that died from the heat. We walked out and left within 5 minutes and did. We had to go to a local hotel and Pay 275 for a good night sleep”

“I had trouble determining which unit was mine and how to work the entry system, but once I got in, it was great. Very clean & new. Everything I needed was there including a full-sized refrigerator. 10 AM is an early check-out time but I managed.”
