L'eminenza è definita come un luogo elevato, elevato, un'area di terra elevata, un terreno in ascesa.

Non esiste una parola migliore per descrivere la posizione di questa straordinaria proprietà. La casa su misura, costruita nel 2009, è situata in cima a un promontorio, sopra una spiaggia privata con accesso alle scale, a pochi minuti da Ludington, e offre una vista mozzafiato sul Lago Michigan da quasi tutte le stanze! Ago 2017 Nota: a causa di una recente tempesta, le scale della comunità sulla spiaggia non sono al momento sicure e non sono disponibili per l'uso. Il livello dell'acqua è aumentato così tanto che non sono in grado di risolverli almeno fino alla primavera del 2019

 Ci sono quattro camere da letto, tra cui due master suite, entrambe con letti king size e bagni completi. La master suite al piano principale offre l'accesso diretto alla propria area salotto privata sul ponte posteriore con vista sul lago, che vi invita alla prima tazza di caffè del giorno. Oltre alle suite, ci sono altre due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con quattro letti singoli, che condividono l'accesso alle case terzo bagno completo al piano superiore. C'è anche una zona soppalcata arredata con un divano letto queen size.

La cucina è superbamente attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze di cucina e ristorazione. C'è anche uno spazio per grigliare all'aperto e un pozzo del fuoco, perfetto per gli s'mores mentre guardi un altro tramonto spettacolare riflettere dal lago alla fine della giornata.

Goditi l'ampio soggiorno per l'intrattenimento o semplicemente rilassandoti davanti al camino e alla TV a schermo piatto da 50 ". La casa è WiFi abilitato ed è dotata di una lavatrice e asciugatrice pure. Ti aspettano tutti i comfort di casa!

Nota: abbiamo acquistato questa casa a novembre 2015 e acquistato tutti i nuovi arredi. No matrimoni o eventi. Massimo di 12 ospiti. I nostri vicini sono residenti a tempo pieno e i nostri ospiti devono rispettare le linee di proprietà in ogni momento.

Perfect place for family vacation even if only to chill at the beautiful house all day, stay in jammies, enjoy the monarch butterflies, deer and bald eagles....and esp watch the unbeatable sunsets. Only gripe, which no one can really help: it's early 'gnat' season, end of summer/early fall in michigan, and they permeated all over the kitchen in huge swaths. Used the vacuum to get rid of them when we were making food/dinner, and left out fruity drinks to get them gathered and toss them out. But, what you gonna do? They ooze in through the tiny window screen grids. As long as you're not a freak about gnats flying around, and your mother in law who hates any and all bugs doesn't panic, you're golden. Everything else was beautiful and comfortable. Thank you Heidi and Wayne, it was perfect especially to introduce my Kansas BFF to her first time visiting michigan.

Amazing view! Loved the long porch with many chairs for everyone. The fire pit was furnished with many chairs also. The sunsets were amazing. Access to the beach was very close by. Because the house is situated on a high dune I wouldn’t have small children there. Perfect for adult gathering. House was comfortable and clean.

Beautiful view

Overall the property was nice and fit my family and friends for my wedding weekend perfectly. The best part of the property and a main reason I booked it was the amazing views of the water. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and the owner was available to answer any questions. One thing to note and this could have just been my phone but I didn’t have service and had to be on wifi in order to have any type of service. No fault to the owner but just a thing worth noting for future guests so they aren’t surprised at the lack of service.

Amazing Stay

The view was spectacular. The house was updated and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet. Deer liked to stroll in the backyard. Walking distance to White Pine Village. A quick drive to Buttersville Park beach which was not crowded at all. We enjoyed our week immensely.

Family gathering

We had a small family gathering with our adult children. The view of Lake Michigan was amazing. The property is quiet and very relaxing. The house was super clean and well done.We enjoyed the location being close to Ludington with plenty to do. We will definitely consider this again.

Friends Getaway

A Slice of Heaven

Before I talk about the house and property, I commend the ease and promptness of communication with Heidi, the home owner. She was pleasant and helpful with all questions and communications. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The back wall of the home was all windows, giving you a beautiful view of Lake Michigan, no matter where you were on the first floor. The beds in all of the bedrooms were comfortable and lent to very restful sleep, especially if you opened a window and listened to the waves hitting the beach.the kitchen was well stocked with flatware and cookware. There was a nice sized fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs and there were Duraflame starters supplied to make starting a fire very easy. We enjoyed two evenings of fires with a beautiful view of the moon reflecting on the lake. We had visitors daily from a brood of deer that seemed to live nearby. The drive to Ludington was a short 10 minute drive. So, grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants as well as shops and galleries were nearby. All of those things lead to a fantastic vacation on the shore of Lake Michigan. We highly recommend this wonderful property and are grateful to Heidi for sharing her home with us. beautiful getaway

we stayed for my mom's 70th birthday. It was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. The house was great. It was clean and well stocked with what is needed in the kitchen. There were goodies like local treats in the kitchen and soaps for the bathroom. The firepit was great. We spent a lot of time outside. We used the grill. The beds were comfy. The beach close by was lovely, and when we went we almost had it all to ourselves. It was off-season so it was challenging at times to find shops and restaurants. Hosts were very helpful in that regard. It was a great stay; sure we'll return.

Perfect family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay - our first visit to Lake Michigan and the sunsets around the fire pit were by far the highlight of the trip. The house is very well outfitted with everything we needed to be able to cook during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the ping-pong table downstairs.

Beautiful Lake House w/Incredible view of Lake Michigan

This was our second year in a row staying in this beautiful house. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation experience. Sitting on the back deck overlooking the expanse of Lake Michigan is so wonderfully beautiful and peaceful! It is a great place to have a fun, chill getaway!

Gorgeous home on Lake Michigan

We had such a great time staying at Wayne and Heidi’s gorgeous home in Ludington. The house is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to sleep and relax to enjoy the incredible view of Lake Michigan. Heidi was lovely to work with and very easy to reach over during our stay. I highly recommend this property!
