Newly renovated interior with large backyard for fun and games including fire pit, picnic table and gas grill. This immaculate 680 square ft. two bedroom one bath cottage is the perfect cozy get away, three minutes to everything including the beach, historic downtown restaurants and locally owned shops, beautiful Lincoln Hills Golf Club and amazing hiking paths with fresh water fishing. Relax. It's all here at your beach town cottage. Pure fun. Pure Ludington. This is a no pets/no smoking cottage.

Perfect cottage for a week stay in Ludington. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet at night, but close enough that getting to the beach, restaurants and shopping was easy.

Luddington Getaway!

Cozy, clean, comfortable house in a perfect location for riding bikes to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to the beautiful state park which is a slice of heaven on earth.

Great stay in this cozy place close to downtown Ludington! Very clean and the owners were pleasant and professional! When we come back to Ludington, we will be staying here again!

I would highly recommend staying here very clean. The host was very nice and very helpful on anything you needed the place comes with plenty of items to cook in the kitchen with towels, washcloth soap very nice outdoor grill

Cute cottage

This cottage was cute, clean and comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good with communication and the cottage had everything we needed including a good supply of paper products, soaps and even coffee. Great location to bike into town or short drive to beach. Would stay here again!

Great vacation

The cottage was nice and clean! The owners were very thoughtful and left a welcome basket of snacks. We were close to the beach and downtown. We had a great time and would book this cottage again!

Exactly what we expected

Cute, clean and cozy! Perfect location to watch beautiful sunsets on lake Michigan, Hiking in Ludington State Park, shopping in town, and fishing! Our family of 5 fit just fine and the owners are very responsive!

Great spot to do all the things

We had never vacationed in this part of MI and and our cottage we such a nice surprise. Easy walk/bike ride to town and the beach. Very cozy space with a lot of nice details. Plenty of towels and kitchen is well appointed. We would recommend and return.

Wedding guest stay

We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was the little things that really attributed to an above and beyond stay. The coffee and accessories were my favorite touch. If we are ever in the area again we will be rebooking our stay here! Lovely property. Thank you!

Lovely Cottage

It was very quaint with a modern touch, and clean. There was a welcome basket of treats and a note. Had everything you would need as a guest. Our family has been camping at the State Park for over 45 years but we had to make some changes and were happy with our choice.

This was the perfect homebase for our family vacation with its proximity to town and the state park. It was clean and comfortable. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of yard space. We particularly enjoyed the fire pit. The host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.A few other notes (none of these are deal breakers for us, but may deter others):There are no closets or dressers (luggage racks are provided). The bathroom is quite narrow.
