Sweetwater Cottage è un cottage ben curato a un isolato di distanza dal lago Hamlin

Sweetwater Cottage è di proprietà e gestito da due artisti della zona. Il cottage è stato completamente rinnovato pensando sia al comfort che all'estetica.
Il cottage dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa e in grado di vivere un'esperienza di vacanza completa.
Il noleggio della barca e il varo della barca sono proprio in fondo alla collina dal cottage che offre viste sia sul lago Hamlin che sul Bayou meridionale.
Il cottage può ospitare fino a 7 persone. Ha due camere da letto e un bagno. La prima camera da letto ha una regina e la seconda ha un letto a castello (Twin over Full). C'è anche un nuovissimo divano letto con materasso a molle interno.
Vi è abbondanza di spazio comune sia all'interno che all'esterno. Sentiti libero di radunarti al tavolo della fattoria per una partita a carte o intorno all'entroterra del pozzo del fuoco. Oppure, per un momento più tranquillo, prendi un libro e siediti sul ponte coperto o di fronte alla grande vetrata nel soggiorno.
Questo è un cottage per famiglie. Come una giovane famiglia, i proprietari vedono il valore nel viaggiare un po 'più leggeri. Abbiamo fornito alcuni giocattoli, libri e necessità comuni per rendere il tuo soggiorno un po 'più semplice. Compresi seggiolone e culla portatile. Sebbene siamo adatti alle famiglie non siamo considerati "a prova di bambino". (Il genitore è responsabile del benessere e della sicurezza del proprio figlio)

Wonderful, restful place!

We were looking for a quiet place to relax for a few days and this cottage was perfect. Very comfortable, clean, and well thought out in every way. We enjoyed our stay so much and will recommend it to our friends who may be looking in the Ludington area. You can even hear the Badger horn, if you listen for it! We had fun!

I stayed at Sweetwater cottage, which was a quaint cottage with lake views that was also close to town and state parks. We loved sitting around the fire with my family in the backyard. We also went into town multiple times checked out the lighthouses, went hiking, saw the beaches and the local sites. Overall a quiet and relaxing weekend with my wife and two children.

Cozy and Quaint - Sweetwater Cottage

This cottage was adorable. Nicely placed on a wooded lot & hill overlooking a Hamlin Lake. The cottage had all the amenities we needed for a long girls weekend. Nathan and Amanda were fabulous hosts and made sure felt welcome. I highly recommend Sweetwater properties to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Ludington.

Ludington vacation

We come to Ludington yearly and this is our preferred place to stay. It's just north of Ludington on Hamlin lake, but close to Lake Michigan, as well. The cabin is perfect in size for 3 or 4 people. The amenities are all there, the wifi was fine, the kitchen supplied with plates, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils, and the washer and dryer is always helpful. I especially enjoy the secluded porch overlooking Hamlin lake. We had another enjoyable visit and we will certainly be back again in the future.

Perfect cottage

Everything about Sweetwater Cottage was perfect for our family. Check-in couldn’t be easier and the cottage was welcoming immediately. Our kiddos loved the bunk bed and the comfortable family room. We enjoyed family meals at the long table and outside. The location was perfect for hopping over to Ludington State Park and downtown to the beach and to dinner/shops. We 100% recommend and would return next weekend if we could!

Quiet & convenient location

Cute and stylish cottage. We enjoyed the back yard fire pit, grill, and picnic table. The front porch was quaint and perfect for morning coffee. It has a wooded lot, quiet after 10pm, and we could even see the stars at night. A quick drive into Ludington made it a quiet getaway but still close to shops and restaurants. We booked our stay for the the Fish on for Freedom event and were very happy with the cottage.

Should have shower bar in bathroom. Handrail to laundry is not stable. Backup batteries for clocks and remotes should be provided or checked between rentals Overall the property was very nice. Thought there was more of a water view. We would stay there again.

The hosts have thought of everything.

I literally could have packed my clothes and toothbrush to stay there. The home is a beautifully decorated coastal cottage with hardwood floors, bead-board and shiplap. We are campers so we are used to bringing everything with us. You needn't do that at Sweetwater Cottage. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable with a variety of pillows from firm to fluffy. There are nightlights throughout. They have a bench seat just inside the door with a boot tray underneath for sandy shoes and hooks above for your bag as you come and go. The living space is comfy and cozy with 2 sofas. The dining table is built for a crowd with two very long bench seats. The shower has great water pressure and seemingly endless hot water. There are chairs around the fire pit as well as low sand chairs that we took to the beach. The area is quiet and we were able to sit outside each night for a fire. No noisy neighbors, and a wooden fence for some privacy. It is an older cottage so the floors are a bit uneven in places but it truly adds to the charm. If I could give future renters advice I would say to bring an extension cord. As with any house, the outlet isn't always where you need it to be. Also the water is extremely hot which I fully enjoyed, but if you have littles you'll want to make sure they don't turn it up when they're in there. All in all I couldn't recommend this home highly enough. You'll have to check it out yourself. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We enjoyed it so much.

Wonderful Property!

My husband & I have stayed at Sweetwater Cottage a few times. It’s quaint, clean, well-appointed and in a great location. Bonus is that it’s dog friendly in a very walkable neighborhood.
