Questo condominio in stile condominio dispone di una grande sala grande con camino a gas e finestra ad arco dal pavimento al soffitto, dando a questa stanza un'eleganza immediata. Unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze di cucina, oltre a bar per la colazione e sala da pranzo per quattro.

Lo scivolo della barca si trova proprio dietro il condominio. Si prega di notare che potrebbero essere applicati costi aggiuntivi e l'uso del dock deve essere coordinato con la direzione.

We had a great time with this short 3 night stay over Memorial Day weekend 5/23 - 5/26/2025. We loved seeing the boats on the river & having a short walk to the beach. We wish there was sand chairs & maybe some toys for children as we didn’t think of that to pack with us. 2 of the beds were rock hard with a little memory foam mattress not comfortable at all and the third was okay with a little more softness. Kitchen supplies could have better. The knifes were not sharp & some were rusty. Pans were not in the best shape either but we made it work. We used the grill once & could tell nobody has taken care of it or used it recently. There’s a major crack in the ceiling that we were worried about by the stairs. Even though there were small issues we loved having access to the inside pool since the lake was freezing cold. It was nice to not have crazy neighbors & to be in bed by 9pm as we are not night owls. I do wish there was more things to do with children as the town didn’t really have much to do at all.

Manistee Marina Condo

Manistee is a cute, navigable town in close proximity to many of Lake Michigan's best attractions. This modest condo is well-situated as a home base for beach and state park day trips. A street lamp directly outside the bedrooms made it difficult to sleep (surprising since this area is so close to a dark sky zone!). With blackout shades this property would be a favorite.

Great location

Many different activities for everyone. My family played golf, went to the beach and went fishing every day! Beautiful marina, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great stay again!

We have been staying at this location for three years now. Breakfast and coffee on the deck is beautiful. And the short walk to the beach is perfect for our family! The condo is always clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay as always!

Wonderful Location

We had a great week in Manistee staying at this condo. We absolutely loved Harbor Village and the access to the beach and pools. Downtown Manistee had some good restaurants and shops, though the shops mostly closed by dinner time and the restaurants seemed to be having trouble with staffing. The sunset cruise from downtown Manistee was a highlight of our trip. We had a couple hiccups checking in due to confusion over the main lock mechanism and also a sticky interior door, but the rental management was very quick to respond and sort out our issues. The only real issue we had was the quality of the pull-out couch beds. The couch bed in the den was basically a pancake and the inflatable bed on the living room couch wasn’t much better. I wouldn’t put anyone other than a young child on either of those beds. It’s not a deal-breaker, but I would also suggest adding a patio umbrella to the deck since it’s in the sun most of the day. However, the deck was wonderful for breakfast and evening drinks. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We wound up buying a few extra washcloths and I would bring more blankets if we stayed again. Just a note on accessibility: I was thinking my parents would love Harbor Village but there are a lot of stairs and hills around the development. Unfortunately, this would be tough for people with mobility issues. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! We would love to return to Harbor Village and work with this rental agency again!

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this Condo. The location and amenities is what makes this property special. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach, where they have everything you need including chair rentals and a little beach restaurant with daily specials, I seen them even giving out menus for the week so pick one up if staying a while. We were able to dock our boat right in front of the Condo. We had breakfast lunch and dinner on the balcony overlooking the harbor every day. There is a very large in door pool and hot tub and work out room and also a good size pool and hot tub outdoors. They have a cute park that is a short walk around the harbor. This rental is perfect for those with a family and anyone who loves fishing or boating while on vacation. We found the condo to be clean and the beds comfortable. We will be back!

A cozy near-beach respite

The condo felt large inside a small space--many neighbors at hand, and people walking by in both the front (street) and back (harbor). It was too bad that one bedroom was used as a living room and the open loft ("living room") had to be the second bedroom.

Great location. Dirty but management helped.

The condo’s pools and the beach were a 3 minute walk! We were very happy with the location and Manastee is a fairly quiet city so it was relaxing. The unit was dirty, we vacuumed when we arrived and found a lot of dirty dishes. The owner apologized and gave us our cleaning fee back so we are happy. Even with the place being dirty we really had a great time and would consider going back.

Great home and location

We enjoyed this great location and spacious property that provided most of the comforts of home. The view was fantastic and loved the large deck. Overall, the home was clean, comfortable and well furnished, but a few items of TLC to mention: could use new linens, especially the master BR blankets and sheets which had holes and stains; oven had not been cleaned and baking sheets were extremely dirty, floor trim around the fireplace was loose and coming off. Also to repeat other reviews, the purchase of a flat screen TV for the upstairs would be a big plus. None of these negatives would keep us from staying here again, but are suggestions for making this is a 5+ stars property.

Great location, great views, clean and well maintained.

Enjoyed staying at this property. Great location - very close to the beach. Stay here if you'd like to "get away" from the madness. Things to improve upon - mattress in the bedroom needs to be changed, the spring mattress was uncomfortable. Management could be a little more flexible with their policies to accommodate special needs, but they're at least transparent so can't complain. Overall good stay.

Manistee Stay

Beach was within walking distance of the rental and was very nice. Interesting pier to also walk out onto. Nice dock area for walking and pool/hot tub were also nice. Accommodations were nice and good internet for Chromecast streaming entertainment.

clean & convenient!

We really loved this property. The tall ceiling & windows gave a very open and breezy feeling overlooking the water. We loved the deck. The condo was well equipped with all the things we needed to cook all week long. We hadn't been to Manistee and we definitely chose the right spot to stay. Everything was clean and so close by. We walked on the path to the pool, playground (super neat!), and to look for ducks! My 9 and 11 year olds so loved having so much so close by! We were a quick walk to the beach and lighthouse. We also took a day trip to sleeping bear dunes. We want to come back :)

great location

great location for access to 5th ave beach and the rest of Manistee, but the property could use some updating. the master bed mattress is worn out and the other bedroom is filled with an unavailable sleeper sofa so it was completely unusable. for the coast of a mattress and a sleeper sofa mattress and patio umbrella the condo would be a fine destination.

Great Stay!

Location was terrific. Having our own boat slip was key and it made enjoying the water so much easier. I feel I have to comment on the hide away bed in the downstairs bedroom. It is in such poor shade that it was unusable as a bed, even for a 12 year old. We went and bought an air mattress and then things were fine. All and all a great condo and great experience

Loved it

One of the nicest VRBO properties in which we have stayed. Clean, very well stocked kitchen, excellent location. Nicely decorated. Wonderful view of the marina, albeit not Lake Michigan. Fell in love with Manistee (quiet, uncrowded and not touristy). The only suggestions would be more wash cloths in the bathrooms and a flat screen TV (with cable) in the master bedroom. We hope to stay here again. Highly recommend!
