New everything! Made just for you and your large group! Across the street from the beach. Sleeps 18! 5.5 bathrooms. 6 bedrooms with: 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 4 Double(in bunk bed form), and 6 single beds (some are trundle beds). 2 refrigerators. Enjoy!!

Basement Game Room now open!

Please note we have security cameras in the common spaces, Lobby, parking lot and fire stairwell. No cameras are in the Condo units itself. Please no pets at this time.

Truly, an outstanding property. Spacious. Very up to date, felt very new, first class all the way. Everything you need for a large party is there and in spades….plates, utensils, glasses, cooking supplies, you name it, this place has it and plenty of it. Nice patio to sit outside, great grill. Location was fantastic, right on the lake. Great communication from the owners, very helpful. The only caveat I would add, and this has nothing whatsoever to do with the actual place, is the traffic, specifically the loudness. Lots of loud motorcycles and cars revving past the place each night. If we were inside, it wasn’t too bad, but if we were out on the deck, it could get pretty loud. If the city were to put a 4 way stop at the intersection, that might help.Definitely, if we were to come back to Ludington, this place would be our first choice.

What a treat

Absolute 10/10, the house has everything and then some, which was so helpful traveling with so many families to coordinate. The beach has a playground, is gorgeous and walking distance. Great weekend away with the kids!

Far Exceeded Already High Expectations

I would have given 10 stars if I could. This beautiful new property is a labyrinth of wonderful surprises. The owner’s sense of style and attention to detail made the stay so enjoyable. The construction, furnishings and decor are off the highest quality and that GAME ROOM!!! Amazing hot tub, plenty of beach items and towels. Another nice surprise was the complementary drinks in the small fridge. Thank you Shawn and Naomi for an amazing stay👏👏👏

I highly recommend this location for a team building or family stay. The property has gone over the top with all of the offerings from complimentary drinks and coffee to high end bathroom and kitchen fixtures, appliances, cooking supplies, dishes and so much more, to ensure that their guests have everything they need. Including items we didn't even consider. I really hope to make it back here in the coming years. GREAT job hosts!!!! GREAT job!!!

the best getaway

this property made my long weekend stay so incredibly comfortable and memorable! My fiance and I were able to comfortably enjoy a vacation with all of our closest friends before our wedding! the house was stocked with EVERYTHING we could possibly need/want for the weekend. the location was perfect and had an excellent view of the lake! absolutely would love to return again for another incredible stay!

Family Reunion to Remember/ Convenience and Location

Suites A was one of 2 properties our large (38/40 people) group booked for our reunion. I previewed Suites during its construction the prior summer, thus knew it was brand new and ideally located near Stearns Beach, playground, mini-golf and sand volleyball court....all of which were appreciated by the kids and tweens staying in Suite A. No one found any street noise issues during sleeping hours, and the location on the "main drag" was a plus, NOT a problem at all. The private bilevel patios and outdoor gas fireplace and hottub were heavily used, nightly. One caveat is familiarize yourself with the parking rules at and nearby the property, as the town law enforcement is vigilant of any transgressors. Everything outfitting the unit-appliances, bath fixtures, furnishings, beds/linens- were first rate and we lacked for nothing despite the diverse age range of our group. The common area game/arcade room was an absolute life-saver for the parents trying to make dinners, especially on our 1 overcast day. The kids loved it! This property puts you so close to the action yet nestles you in comfort and privacy when you need it. We highly recommend it to larger groups traveling together, especially with youngsters. House of Flavors a short stroll down the block!

Wonderful place for large group!

We had 17 family members stay here, and it was incredible. I can't think of anything that wasn't already in the house for us. The rooms were comfortable, there are plenty of bathrooms, the game room is such a bonus. I can tell the owners put a lot of consideration into designing and decorating the complex. You can see Lake Michigan from the deck, it's a quick walk to the beach, easy walk or drive into town for food, shopping, etc. Ludington is one of our favorite Michigan vacation spots, and we loved bringing extended family here. We would return to the Waters Edge Suites for sure!

Wonderful property

We were excited about this property from the pictures and it was even better than we expected. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had all the beach equipment ready to go inside a wagon. Incredible sunsets and wonderful game room. Cannot wait to go back.

Everything was perfect

Our family had a reunion at this unit and everything was perfect. Suite A is brand new and everything was super clean. Very well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was amazing - better than our own - as it had all new equipment and every item you would need for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms were new and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the second floor balcony and it had a great view of the lake and beach. First floor patio was very spacious and we spent a lot of time in the large hot tub. The walk to the beach was short and easy - and flat. The beaches were very clean and well maintained by the city. Very nice beach and getting in the cold Lake Michigan water was pleasant as the underwater surface was all sand, no rock. Ludington is a very nice little town and you can tell the city takes pride in keeping the beach and streets clean. Beach was made accessible for wagons and wheelchairs with a long, hard-surface walkway almost all the way to the water's edge. Great restaurants and brew pubs just a three minute car ride away. Walking out to the lighthouse was fun. Shawn and Naomi were great hosts who were very responsive. The only thing that surprised us - and it is beyond the control of the hosts - is that in the evening, every so often young men drive through the nearby intersection in trucks/cars with intentionally modified mufflers that are loud - which means everyone on the patio or balcony has to stop talking until he passes.

Wonderful!

This place is BEAUTIFUL! The beach is right across the street, the view (we felt like we were outside even when not) was wonderful. The attention to detail was amazing: the kitchen had everything needed to cook for a large group, the baby equipment (stroller, pack-n-play, high chair), the wagon to pull to the beach, comfortable beds, plenty of blankets, the outdoor grill and fireplace, plenty of beach towels, shampoo and coffee!! I could go on and on. The elevator was a lifesaver for my knees. We loved it and would love to come back.
