Experience memorable summer concerts on the lawn at the Jackson Gore Courtyard on Friday nights. Located in the Ludlow State Forest, Buttermilk Falls offers a scenic, easy-rated trail just over a mile, where you will come across a total of three waterfalls - it’s an ideal destination for a family outing any time of year!
As you enter this ski and mountain-view retreat, you are welcomed by a bright, ski-themed open floor plan with exposed wood beams, partially carpeted floors, and wooden accents throughout. Make yourself at home and curl up comfortably in the inviting living area after a fun day at the slopes. Break out any of the provided board games or watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances needed to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the crew, including a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
