Camp Plymouth State Park, Fox Run Golf Club, Okemo Mountain Sky Resort, and Coolidge State Forest are all within a 10-mile radius, just ready for exploration! This home is set right next to the lake, offering amazing, picturesque views. Take the kayaks or canoe provided to find your zen on the calm, clear lake.

    Upon entry, you'll be met with an open, light-filled interior thanks to the many viewing windows that look out into the trees. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or curling up in the living room with a great book. Prepare grand meals in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a formal dining table with 180-degree views. The open floor plan keeps the conversation flowing no matter where you are. Enjoy your meals outside by cooking on the gas grill and using the deck's dining table. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work. Comfortable beds in spacious rooms ensure that everyone will receive a restful night's sleep from the day's adventures.

    Gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows or tell stories until the stars come out to dot the sky, making memories that'll last a lifetime.

Great location. Spacious home. Fireplace is awesome! Host was attentive. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen pots, pans etc need an update as does dishwasher. Frustrating for Super Bowl Sunday that TV area has seating for only 4 people, despite house advertised for 8! Nice to have 3 full bathrooms but only one bathroom is on the floor with all of the bedrooms.

Great stay

The property was amazing inside and out . The view was absolutely stunning. We sat beavers eagles and different species of ducks all from the back deck ! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location

Beautiful views, wow, you can see Okemo ski resort from here too. Great location as you are right on the water. Lots of paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes to keep everyone busy. The main living room area was great and laid out perfectly. I recommend if you want a peaceful stay in a nice area.

We had a great time at this property. Scenic location close to town and trails. Beds were comfortable and the house was huge. We used the canoe and solo stove. Enjoyed the views of the lake. Just a heads up that you need to bring your own firewood.

This is a beautiful home directly on the lake with views of Okemo from the living/kitchen area. We had a great stay for a two day ski weekend at Okemo. It’s a short drive to the Jackson Gore base, and not much longer to the main base. The home has a great entry way for ski and boot storage as well. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen it well equipped, and you can tell the home owners take great care if this home. I deducted stars because this home is managed by Vacasa and the bed linens and bathroom linens are like staying in a cheap motel—no covers on the duvets, and towels that barely fit around your body. We had two minor issues that I reached out to Vacasa about and while they initially responded saying the local team would call me, no one ever responded. Even after we checked out their last message said my concern was “under review.” So, all in all the house is lovely, but the management experience is terrible, so if you run into an issue you’re on your own. And the fireplace was deemed “unsafe for the remainder of the season” immediately prior to our arrival.

House was very spacious, but upon walking in, there was a bunch of garbage bags as soon as you opened the door. Looked like old laundry but not what you expect knowing there is a 475 cleaning fee built into the overall cost. Cob webs all over the place as well. When trying to extend one day or even for a late checkout there was NO flexibility at all. Overall it was nice but some flexibility and better cleaning overall would have been appreciated.

Lovely place that has some quirks

A group of four adults stayed here. The house is on a nice lake in a good spot. The road to get to it can be tough on smaller cars. The house has two beautiful decks. Unfortunately the door for us to the upstairs deck wouldn’t open for us. Has an awesome master bedroom with some great views but also a few appliances that are in need of replacing or repair. This place has a lot to offer and overall is very nice. It does have a few quirks however.

Refund request

This is my second review based on my stay from August 20th-August 23. I was told that I would be getting a refund due to the cabin not having clean sheets or towels until the second day that we stayed there. I want to know when will that refund be issued and how much would it be refunded to me?

Beautiful place

Location was prime and the views of the lake were amazing. The house itself is great while some of the furnishings as others have stated are lacking. No nightstands in the main bedroom, and honestly for such a large table to sit and eat there were only six chairs. They were a mismatch of sorts. One of them not even safe to sit on because it was so wobbly. Also, it was a bummer that the washer was not working while we were there, but not the end of the world. Overall the house itself was gorgeous, and I would definitely stay there again.

Great house, lots of “little” issues though

House and location are awesome, but there was a bunch of little issues we had that I wouldn’t expect for a house of this caliber. Entire rooms lights not working, tv/fire stick constant issues and rebooting, and unfortunately there is zero AC in the house. This made toddlers sleeping rough. Unfortunately it’s all crank out windows so no window units, but it really seems like it should have central air. Overall house really was a great experience, it just could you a few details addressed to make it incredible

Great Stay

Wonderful location on Lake Rescue. House is spacious with great views. High end finishes. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans. No keurig but we brought our own. Management was pretty responsive when we realized there was no remote for the firestick and they dropped one off the next day. There is only one tv for the entire house and it's in the basement.For a house that size, this is odd. But, we were there to fish, kyack and spend time together so it didn't bother us. They have a good selection of board games, 3 kyacks and a canoe. Deck has a couch and chairs and dining table for at least 6. The weber grill worked well although we had to clean the grill before we could use it. House was clean - some crumbs here and there but no big deal.

Disappointing experience

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting, however it is not well appointed. We had an unpleasant experience walking in to a house that was left wide open and did not feel as if it had been thoroughly cleaned. The front entrance to the house is incredibly unsafe - with a steep drop off from the stoop and no guardrails set up. If someone were to misstep even slightly (or slip on ice), the results could be catastrophic. Master bedroom did not have one table or even a surface that could serve as a nightstand. Very strange. Cobwebs throughout the house. For a house with this much potential, this was not our best experience and we were very disappointed.

Lake Rescue

Basically quite fine. Bedding and bath towels were very clean and ample. Pretty clean overall. Floors were vacuumed fairly well but not well mopped. High quality furnishings throughout except the wine glasses were dirty and the drinking glasses were mason jars-shabby for such a high end rental. Best location on the lake. Our concern is that the property needs some TLC. No tables or lamps next to the beds. Dishwasher was broken. Tears in several screens. Lovely big dining table with some good chairs and some mismatched chairs. One had a broken spindle. My fault for missing this in the listing, but I was surprised there was no hair dryer or iron and ironing board. Battery in the clock died. Small things but given the nightly rate, surprising. All were reported to VACASA.
