“Lovely staff. Room was a bit grubby and the damp in the bathroom could easily be addressed with a bit of attentive cleaning.”

“The building is in a poor state of repair, sad to see. Window frames are crumbling, fixtures are missing or loose, causing erosion of function.”

“The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

“The receptionists and manager on Friday night the 3/7/26 were amazing. They went out of their way to assist us with our booking as there was an error. The breakfast can't fault it The room had spiders that night and there's a buildup of dust all around the edges and corners of the room. Apart from that we had a comfortable night sleep. The pillows and beds are the most comfortable I have come across in hotels.”

“Lovely place However, AC was not working and needed to be on when we arrived. Far to hot. When we tiried to turn on, it was broken. A fan was provided, which helped, . But as warmth is insured on arrival during colder days, AC needs the same consideration in the hotter temperatures”

“Hotel standard della catena. Anche se il prezzo proposto da Hotels era vantaggioso, ogni extra si paga salato (una tazza di espresso al breakfast invece del caffè "normale" 2.45£ in più ....) Per il resto tutto ok, camera grande e pulita, mobile disposti in maniera poco razionale (ho dovuto spostare la TV per poterla vedere dal letto.”
