Il nostro cottage tutto l'anno si trova sul Lago Pauline a Ludlow Vermont, con 900 piedi di fronte lago! Solo 1. 5 miglia dalla base di Jackson Gore di Okemo (circa 20 minuti da Killington o Woodstock).

Questa zona offre tutte le avventure all'aria aperta che stai cercando; sci, tubing, motoslitta, racchette da neve in inverno e la pesca, il nuoto e le escursioni in estate. ** Pesce, nuoto o kayak direttamente sul ponte posteriore!**

Alloggi ospitare comodamente 6 adulti. La prima camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha 3 letti singoli e un letto completo. Il 2 ° "soggiorno" può funzionare come una terza camera da letto e ha un divano in pelle con una regina estraibile e nuovo materasso. Questa camera si affaccia sul lago con splendide viste.

Soggiorno con grande sezione componibile in pelle e camino, TV, wifi, collezione di DVD, netflex e una vasta gamma di giochi per tutte le età.

Lavatrice e asciugatrice situate nel seminterrato.

Abbiamo 4 kayak e 1 grande canoa per il vostro divertimento. Si prega di utilizzare a proprio rischio e vedere vacillare.

Questo cottage con 2 camere da letto è un rifugio perfetto per coppie, piccoli gruppi di amici o una famiglia in cerca di un luogo confortevole e tranquillo in cui soggiornare. We had a wonderful stay at this charming, little lake house! We never ran out of things to do - kayaking, swimming, fishing, cooking s'mores over the fire... We also visited the VINS Nature Center in Quechee and learned so many interesting facts about birds of prey! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals but there are also several good restaurants right in Ludlow.The 2 window ACs keep the whole house at a very comfortable temp. We're already thinking about returning next year!

Perfect get away

This was our second time staying at the cottage. We loved the upgrades, especially the new bedroom with a view of the lake. Perfect house for mountain biking and swimming. We would highly recommend staying at the Cottage.

Wonderful

Had an amazing time, the house is beautiful and waking up in the morning with the sun coming through the windows made it feel like a vacation. The deck and patio was amazing we spent all of our time outside. Our canine family member (our baby boy) loved the yard and barking at the kayaks going by. A lot of wildlife geese, ducks, birds, and muskrats, even small turtles. Not much to due in town, but took a short ride to Woodstock had lunch by the river and walked the East End Park. And of course we had to travel to the Vermont Country Store, which is so relaxing picked up a lot of great stuff and your pup can come inside with you. Kristen was great and so responsive. We are already looking to go back.

If your looking for beauty nature and comfort this cozy cottage surpassed our expectations our dog loved the lake and ducks and snow we lived ludlow okemo woodstock and Westin all so close great location and our host was wonderful prompt response with any questions and added a night last minute for us thanks so much Kristin

Ski trip

House was great. The 5 minute drive to Okemo was very convenient and shops in town were close by. Beautiful view out back with the house being almost on the water. The owner was easy to contact and answered back within minutes. I would definitely stay there again if we make a return trip to Okemo mountain

Please clear your entry ways

Both front and rear doors blocked by ice. Used a full bucket of salt to try to clear the front door stairs. Could not do it. Very dangerous. Rear door also blocked. Tried to clear as much as I could so we could enjoy the back of the property and the much advertised view. Could not access any outside areas.It snowed 3-4 inches on Thursday. I had to shovel both ends of the driveway that were blocked by the public st plows so we could get in and out. A construction tractor came the next day and plowed the parts of the driveway not occupied by our vehicles. The place was ok. A bit dirty, the kitchen exhaust fan is kinda gross. Not worth the money. We would not go back.

Beautifully appointed home in prime location

My family and I just returned from our New Years stay at “Cozy Cottage”. The home is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Waking up every morning in the sun room overlooking the lake was an absolute dream especially on a snowy day. The location is fantastic, as it’s a stones throw to Okemo, and about a 7 min drive to the town of Ludlow where you will find a grocery store, quaint shops, and dining. We definitely plan to return!

Beautiful Lake Cottage

We had a wonderful 4 days/nights at Cozy Cottage. Perfectly named, well appointed decor and comfortable beds. Perfect for families. The fire pit, kayaks and conoe along with the string lights and sitting areas to watch the wood ducks and beaver family was the perfect way to decompress from the rat race.

Great respite!

We had a great and restful stay. The house was exactly as listed. Views were great with ducks, beaver and a family of deer. Good fishing from the dock. This is in my top 3 of all places at which we have stayed! Definitely recommended!!!

Peaceful and lovely

Our stay in the cozy cottage on the lake was delightful. We had a super easy check-in process, followed by a lovely nighttime meal on the back deck directly on the water. We took the kayaks and the canoe out the second day, and the entire stay was wonderful. The house is not a palace, but it is clean, well-maintained, and in a lovely location directly on the water and near amenities.

Great family stay

Our family enjoyed the cozy cottage. The beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the kayaks and fishing off the dock. We loved watching the beavers swim at dusk. Very close to Okemo ski resort.

Great summer getaway

This place is wonderful. We traveled with a few other couples, an infant, and a dog. We enjoyed time in the home, lounged by the fire pit, and soaked in summer at the lake. It has all of the amenities we were looking for. 10/10 would recommend!

Great family vacation home

Our families stay at Kristin's home was just what I had hoped for - having the kayaks and canoe right at the property is such a plus. It's a quiet lake and we were was out at least once a day to explore or fish. Ludlow is such a great area of VT with so much close by - we went over to Buttermilk falls - about 5 mins away and over to Woodstock and Sugarbush farms about 40 mins away. We visited the Sugar shack right down the street with Maple Creemees and other VT treats daily. The home itself is so cozy. I am going to miss sitting out on the back deck in the early morning with coffee and a good book. There was no shortage of wildlife - from a beaver family next door, to turtles, fish, a deer in the woods across from the dock the who came out everyday, and even a bear sighting on our way into town. I would highly recommend Kristins home and hope that we will have the opportunity to visit again. Thank you Kristin for sharing your home with our family

Great stay

This was a nice property with great amenities-the deck set up and availability of kayaks really made for a great experience. The host was very responsive. It was very hot inside as we were there during a heat wave. I would go back again but bring extra fans. When not in a heat wave, it is lovely inside and out. My only criticism is we didn't realize it was on such a busy road so at times the road noise was a lot, especially when you had to leave the doors and windows open due to the heat. Otherwise it was a great experience!

Cozy Cottage on the Lake

Our family enjoyed the dock and decks most of all, and my children spent as much time as they could playing in the water. The cottage is small but fit our family of four nicely. It had everything we needed for our 4-night getaway!

Adorable cottage on Lake Rescue

What a wonderful place to rest and recreate. We had a great time at the Cozy Cottage enjoying time on the back deck and paddling in the lake.
