Ski on/ski off of idyllic mid-mountain Sachem (green trail) to this spacious 3 bed, 3 bath, hot tub townhome in Trailside Village. With an open concept main living area and a loft space, there is plenty of room to relax with family and friends after a day of skiing.

In the Summer, enjoy the community pool across the street or access the lifts, mountain biking, zip-line tours, kid-friendly adventure zone, Okemo Valley Golf Club, and many hiking trails.

The space
Open main floor: The open main floor includes a large kitchen with wine cooler and breakfast bar, a dining area, deck, and living room with cathedral ceilings and a gas fireplace. There is a half bath off the kitchen.

Loft: A loft with a futon and a foosball table overlooks the open main floor living area for additional relaxation space.

Second level: Two bedrooms with a shared private balcony between the two are on this level. A full bath with dual sinks and washer dryer is shared on this floor. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Lower level: Designed as a family suite. Includes a fireplace, king sized bed, 2 twin beds, and a large bathroom. This level leads out to the hot tub.

Full kitchen and free WiFi.

This condo does not have air conditioning.

Other things to note
Pets and smoking are not permitted to ensure a clean space for all guests.

Parking for 2 cars is available at the townhouse.
Additional overflow parking is available just outside of the complex.

Four-wheel drive / all-wheel drive vehicles and/or winter tires are strongly recommended during the winter months due to the mountainous terrain.
