Just five minutes from Okemo Mountain and less than a mile from Ludlow village, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps 8 and offers the perfect balance of convenience and serenity. Gather by the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind in the private hot tub beneath the stars. With cozy living spaces and plenty of room for family and friends, this farmhouse retreat is your ideal Vermont getaway.

RENTAL RULES

SMOKING: NO SMOKING or VAPING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE. Thank you

VEHICLES: All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and not on the road or lawn or adjacent properties.

OVERNIGHT STAYS: People other than those in the Guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest. The Guest who is responsible for booking the stay must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay.

PRIVATE HOME: All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

APPLIANCES: Only use appliances for their intended uses.

CARE OF THE HOUSE: You are responsible for maintaining the premises in a neat and clean manner. This is a private home that is typically not rented and the owners are inviting you as a guest into their home. Please take care of the property as you would take care of your home. Videos of each room will be taken prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure.

FIREPLACE USAGE: Is permitted. Do not remove ashes from woodstove – this is the number one cause of house fires in Vermont. A supply of cut, split and seasoned firewood is available at property.

HOT TUB: No children under the age of 10 permitted in hot tubs at any time. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.

INVENTORY: Our rental is equipped with linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, appliances, washer, dryer, gas stove, coffee maker, televisions, DVD, stereo, etc. A complete review of the household inventory is performed before your arrival and as the house is cleaned after your departure. You will be charged for any broken or missing items.

CONDUCT: You and your party agree NOT TO DISTURB neighbors with loud noise, music, or unlawful or unsafe behavior. If you allow or participate in such behavior, you will be asked to leave and forfeit the remainder of your rental fee and deposits. Participation in unlawful activities including environmental destruction, natural resource violations or public nuisance violations may be cause for eviction.

PETS: DOGS ALLOWED WITH NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: Check in time is 4:00PM unless arrangements have been made prior to arrival. Check out time is no later than 11:00AM.

great property very close to the mountain and plenty of activities for kids in the home. Was stocked with some local favorites and firewood. Would stay again.
