“The check in was very slow (about 20-25 minutes!), also if the lady was kind. The room was little (15 mq, that they call "double room comfort", is really the minimum necessary to walk.. when you have got suitcases for a long journey!). The bathroom was very little and the sink microscopic. The road outside the hotel is really noisy, also during the night: so, if you are hot, you can't keep the window open and neither use the conditioning air because there isn't. Breakfast was very diversified...

Schöner Spa-Bereich, gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Zimmer, nette Bar.
Personal sehr zurückhaltend in der Kommunikation, z.B.: wir haben uns aktiv für den Spa-Bereich interessiert und dennoch keinen Hinweis bekommen, dass Handtücher und Bademäntel an der Rezeption zu holen sind, dies wurde erst auf direkte Nachfrage mitgeteilt; die Preise fürs Trinkwasser im Zimmer sind nirgends ausgeschildert - die erste Flasche bei der Anreise gibt es gratis, wenn...
