The north-west-facing flat is composed as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with TV, Wifi included, double sofa bed (140×200)
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and insulated WC.

Outside:
- An enclosed, north-west-facing garden of approx. 90 m² and two terraces totalling approx. 18 m², with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Sant Ambroggio, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, within a house comprising 4 flats. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
