This charming 41 m² air-conditioned flat with sea and mountain views, close to the beach, can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A terrace of approximately 31 m² facing the port, the sea and the mountains.
The terrace is equipped with a parasol, a dining table, two areas with a lounge and two deckchairs to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Lumio, in the very pleasant surroundings of the Sant Ambroggio marina.
You'll be close to :
- all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
- and for sports enthusiasts, 2 tennis courts (book on www.tenup.ftt.fr), 2 table tennis tables, 1 boules pitch (equipment not provided) and 2 hiking trails, one to Spano (7 to 12 km AR, several itineraries) and the other along the little train line to the village of Algajola (7.5 km AR).

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
