We were warned a couple of times to be extra cautious if we walked off the property. That didn't give us a lot of confidence especially after having just been robbed in Santiago. The staff at the Sheraton was great. We had two rooms, both upgraded and assigned next to each other without us having to ask. Little thoughtful perks like that are truly appreciated. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”
