“The Room had a old A/C unit that never worked, after 2 days of asking reception to have it fixed that was ignored, I asked to be moved to a different room. ordering room service via the app just gets ignored and after going down in person to order room service they apologized and said it would be in my room in 20mins but still never turned up, staff where rude at the reception apart from 1 new starter.”

“The hotel was clean, most of the staff were effective at costumer service and courteous. In many situations they were problem solvers and went above and beyond. There was only one situation when our reservation for the sauna was double booked and we did end up not using it and there was a day in which the elevator was out of service and we have to go down the stairs to meet a friend to go around the city.
