Comfortably sleeping 2 to 12 people, this exclusive Noble Villa, set in a privileged position on the hillside of Luni prefecture, between Liguria and Tuscany - just a stone’s throw from the Cinque Terre’s fishing villages and nature reserve.
Built in 1700 as a mansion by Bernardini’s family, the estate has remained unchanged in style and recently has been fully restored to provide guests with some extra comfort without disturbing the original plant and destination of the house.

The frescoes on the vault of the living room as well as the chapel on the ground floor are original elements of the first plant of the villa. Here guests will feel like returning to the early eighteenth century by enjoying the conveniences of the present. For this reason there are no televisions in the bedrooms but only wi-fi connection.

On first floor the balcony affords superb views, which embrace the whole Magra’s valley to the shimmering waters of the Mediterranean sea.
The beautiful large bedrooms offer totally privacy to the guests and every room affords wonderfully relaxing views of the garden and vast panorama in the background.

The villa is surrounded by a delightful park with vineyards, flowers and Mediterranean trees.

ACCOMMODATION
The Villa (sleeps 12)

Ground floor: 1 consecrated chapel, 1 large living/dining room with sofas connected to the garden, 1 equipped kitchen with entrance and access to the garden, 1 half bathroom with laundry.
U-Shaped Stairs: On stairs (between ground floor and 1st floor) we find 1 family bathroom with bath tub and shower.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower.
Second floor: 1 Double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom (with bath tub) and an adjoining room with two single beds, 1 Double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower.

The Dependance (sleeps 4) :
Ground floor: 1 dining room, 1 equipped kitchen with table for six pax, 1 bathroom with shower.
First floor: 1 double room, 1 single room with 1 single bed with 1 extractable bed, 1 half bathroom with shower.

Outside: Garden with furniture: outdoor table for 8/10 pax, benches and a small table for lovely cocktails “al-fresco”.

THE GROUNDS
The carefully garden is full of colorful flowers and Mediterranean trees, with shady areas for enjoying the refreshing sea breeze.

LOCATION
For seaside and sun lovers, for families and groups of friends, Villa Linda is the ideal base to visit Liguria and part of Tuscany and discover the excellent local food. Not to mention that you can reach the seaside in a few minutes by car, both the wild beaches in the Cinque Terre and the more elegant ones fully equipped of Versilia.
Moreover thanks to the villa’s strategic location you can easily reach interesting tourist and cultural sights both in Liguria and in Tuscany: Portovenere and the marvellous Cinque Terre (40 mins by car), Golfo dei Poeti (30 mins by car), Portofino and Genova (1 hr by car) as well as Pisa (40 mins by car) and Florence (1 hr and half by car).
Ferry boats to Cinque Terre, Palmaria and Tino islands, Portovenere and Portofino depart daily from the harbors of Bocca di Magra, Lerici and Marina di Carrara .

LUNI AND SURROUNDINGS
The area around Luni caters to many different tastes, offering a wealth of leisure-time pursuits for people of all ages. Watersports enthusiasts can swim, windsurf, sail and go sea-fishing in the Mediterranean, while sun-worshippers can bask idly on the unspoilt sandy beaches. The nearby inland Apuan Alps mountain range, which reaches as high as 1,750 metres above sea-level, provides extensive opportunities for leisurely walking, more strenuous hiking, serious climbing or carefree cycling in fantastic scenery.
For those fascinated by history, art and architecture, the medieval town of Sarzana, invites you to explore its lovely historic centre and magnificent Churches, which acquired special importance when the town took over the bishopric of Luni during the Middle Ages.

Exclusive use of n. 1 estate only - "Villa Linda 12Pax"
B) Villa Linda 16 Pax:
Exclusive use of 2 estates: "Villa Linda 12Pax" + "Dependance 4Pax"

If you are 12 people you can stay only at "VILLA LINDA 12P" and dependance won't rented to anyone.
