Welcome travellers to our charming 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Luqa! This modern & comfortable apartment is the perfect home away from home, offering everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

With 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious terrace, a cozy living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 balconies, our apartment makes it ideal for both short & long stays.

Enjoy high-speed WiFi, AC and the convenience of a washing machine.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

Living Room | Our cozy living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Featuring a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV, it's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Malta.

Kitchen | The fully equipped kitchen offers all the modern amenities you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. With a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of counter space, cooking is a pleasure. A dining area is also available for enjoying your meals. Perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Terrace | The spacious terrace is a highlight of our apartment. Furnished with comfortable seating, it’s an ideal spot for relaxation, enjoying your morning coffee, or an evening drink. The terrace offers a lovely outdoor space to unwind and soak in the Maltese atmosphere.

Bedrooms | 2 bedrooms, both include a double bed and have balcony access.

Bathrooms | Our apartment includes two modern bathrooms. One bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the other features a bathtub.

Both bathrooms are well-appointed with fresh towels and essential toiletries for each guest.

Additional Amenities:

Washing Machine: A washing machine is available for your convenience, allowing you to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.

We also provide a drying rack for your convenience. During the summer, please place it in the shade as the sun can get extremely hot.

Air Conditioning: Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning throughout the apartment.

High-Speed WiFi: Enjoy high-speed WiFi, perfect for staying connected, working remotely, or streaming your favourite shows.

Just a short drive away, our apartment is ideally situated for travelers, making arrivals and departures hassle-free.

Luqa's central location allows easy access to Malta's main attractions, including the historic capital city of Valletta, the picturesque Three Cities, and the vibrant areas of Sliema and St. Julian's.

Luqa offers a range of local amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and shops, ensuring you have everything you need within reach.

Enjoy a tranquil and residential neighborhood that provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling tourist areas, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check 'Malta Public Transport' website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : 'Bolt', 'e-cabs' , 'uber'.

For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Luqa.

Very important notes before booking:

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
