“Graves mountain lodges is cozy, down to earth and has plenty to do. An area rich in history and natural beauty with none of the commercialization of typical resorts. We loved our cabin stay at wild wind - a refurbished old school house along the river. Very peaceful and had everything you could need. Great location close to Shenandoah and Rapidan River. “It was a perfect weekend. The house is great for large groups, the bedrooms are all spaced out and there is so many bathrooms, that everyone had privacy. The decor is very eclectic and interesting, made me wonder about the travel stories that went with them. My favorite was hands down the master bathroom. A larger grill would be good as well as all the pieces to the checkers and chess sets. Convenient to wineries/breweries. Ducard is our favorite. We would definitely return!”

“We had a great, weeklong stay. The house is in excellent condition. Very clean, modern and well-kept. There are tons of amenities and I think we used all of them. We enjoyed the games, karaoke, hut-tub and sauna. Everything was in great condition.The host was VERY responsive to the few, minor questions that came up during our visit and got back to us almost immediately.
