“This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The entire property was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the pictures online. I was shocked and disappointed from the moment I walked into the room. There were roaches crawling all over the bathroom, including on the sink and around the toilet. The towels appeared dirty, and the room did not look like it had been properly cleaned. I immediately informed the front desk staff about the issues, but I was told there was nothing they could do...

“First off the drive into the city was the trashiest I’ve ever seen and that was a glimpse of the parking lot and hotel. Photos online are not what the rooms looked like and it was essentially a landlords special. Rooms were decent smelled of smoke even through we booked non smoking but was relatively clean in the room.
