“The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat! The Breakfast! This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. If we ever had to stay somewhere else because they were booked we would still go there for the breakfast. It had that home cooked vibe for sure. The location is...

“The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.”

“All in all very nice place to stay. No Reception but the owners are very kind and helpfull. Supermarket and temple of garni are close by and its very quiet inside the room's. Airconditons also in the room. Very nice in the summer times.”

“The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....
