“BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!”

“What an amazing property. So close (2-4 min) walk to 3 Christmas markets. Close to over 10 restaurants and walking distance to free tram. The beds were so comfortable, we got great sleep. Overall best place to stay”

“This was a wonderfully modern and secure apartment located conveniently at the Hamilius stop via tram from the airport and in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and transportation lines. The kitchen has all the amenities and the balcony was fabulous. Highly recommend!”

“Mon séjour s’est très bien passé. Les indications pour accéder aux clés étaient claires et bien expliquées dans le document. L’appartement est vraiment parfait : propre, bien équipé et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. La chambre est impeccable et l’emplacement est pratique, à proximité d’une petite épicerie. La seule chose un peu compliquée a été l’échange concernant le paiement des frais de nettoyage, mais sinon tout était excellent.”

“Samt alles sehr schlecht. Um 14:03 Uhr kam die Meldung, dass es ein Problem mit der Wohnung gibt und wir nicht in die Wohnung können. Alles weitere hat sich danach nur noch ins negative gezogen. Ein Horror mit 3 Kleinkindern!”

“Really liked the apartment, great location in the picturesque part of town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby including the lovely Konrad bar on the ground floor of the apartment building. It's well equipped, has rooftop views, and is surprisingly quiet. The one thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of spiral stairs to get up to it and the final flight is very narrow with no handrail which would be difficult to negotiate with large/heavy suitcases! ”

“Horrible! A lot of hasle just to get the key. Finally got a confirmation message with the Famous last Words: «If you need anything else, we are at your disposal”. Well. Asked one question about parking. The answer was: I don’t know, I don’t live there! You can google it!”. Seriously, you can not speak to paying costumers like that! The apartment was almost without windows or light. Like living in your neighbours garage. Tacky furnishings, mirror in the shower anyone? Hard mattresses, one pillow...
