“Originally was supposed to stay at another hotel but due to the power outage we had to find something else. I called the property and John who worked the front desk was very accommodating. He understood the issue and was okay with my family checking in early he let us know the room wouldn’t be ready for 40 minutes so housekeeping could finish cleaning. When we arrived check in was easy and simple. When we got to our room the room was spacious and to a normal eye everything looked okay. I checked...
