Pet-Friendly: While this unit welcomes pets, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please be sure to select the “I am traveling with pets” box under the traveler details when making your reservation. A $125 non-refundable pet fee will apply.

Parking: Two designated parking spaces are included. Additional resort parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
